Holiday Casa Maria
We stayed at Casa Maria for the 14th time this year and we really liked it again. Above all, we are very attracted by the quiet location and the great view. Moreover, the owners of the house are very nice people. Some things in the house could be more modern. We will be back next year!

Noch nie ein so ungepflegtes Haus gehabt !
Bei Ankunft im Objekt eine Begrüßung durch einen Herren der kein Wort Englisch oder Deutsch sprach! Es wurde uns in spanisch alles erklärt die Schlüssel übergeben der Mietbetrag entgegengenommen und dann standen wir da !
Als meine Frau anfing sich mit unserem Gepäck einzurichten, kamen nach und nach die Mängel an den Tag ! Es war sehr kalt im Haus, aber es standen 3 Radiatoren zum heizen bereit, die auch notwendig waren! Die Ausstattung der Küche war Ok, Mikrowelle war aber keine vorhanden !
Der Kühlschrank groß aber mit wenig Einlegegitter versehen, die restlichen haben sich dann irgendwo gefunden und wurden von uns eingehängt, die Behälter in der Türe fehlten kplt., der Türgummi war schwarz und wurde bestimmt lange Zeit nicht gereinigt ! Das Badezimmer ekelig,
hinter dem WC und dem Bidet ein circa 10 cm Streifen total verkalkt, die Duschwanne und Wände mit den Dichtungen und dem Abfluss total verkalkt und schwarz ! Eine blaue Duschmatte unterhalb total schwarz, dreckig ! Rund um das Haus viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten aber alles verdreckt und die Auflagen und Kissen dreckig, Bänder gerissen ! Der Tischtennis Tisch total verrostet ! Der Grillplatz !
Wir wollten dort kein Essen zubereiten ! Die ganzen Terrassenfliesen voll Malerkleckse und lange nicht mehr gereinigt ! Der Waschraum mit Waschbecken Nur dreckig ! Der Garten eine Wüste ! So schade wäre mit wenig Mühe ein Paradies ! Meine Frau hat 2 Tage geputzt um es einigermaßen wohnlich für uns zu machen ! Nach unserer Reklamation bei der Vermittlerin kam die Besitzerin und versuchte einiges zu reinigen, mit dem Erfolg das die Böden in Küche und Wohnzimmer genau so verschmiert waren wie vorher ! Ich kann alles mit Fotos belegen ! Ich hoffe mit meinem Beitrag für die nächsten Mieter einen Anstoß zu geben damit es besser wird !

Casa Maria Arona Tenerife
We have been spending our holidays here far away from tourism for 5 years and the 6th stay is already booked.
The house is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the unspoilt village of Arona.
If you want to enjoy peace, relaxation, privacy and a wonderful view in a very spacious house, you are in good hands here.
The entire booking process was perfect.

Excellent vacation!
We, my husband and I, had a wonderful holiday in September 2016 at Casa Maria.
The house is very clean, well-equipped, and as shown in the photos.
We had a very relaxing time, the house is in a very quiet location, yet it is very easy to reach Arona on foot or by car. The town is well-maintained and the locals, whether in restaurants or supermarkets, are very friendly and helpful.
The booking through Teneriffa2000 worked perfectly, the welcome with the owner was very warm and uncomplicated, and we were able to enjoy our stay from the first to the last day.
We were very sad when our vacation days were over and it was time to go home, but we would love to come back again.
