Our holiday flat
The holiday flat in our wooden house has 100 square metres of living space. The rooms are all fully lined with wood and radiate a special warmth. The holiday flat can be rented by 2-4 people. The flat consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom with a new, modern double bed, a smaller bedroom with single beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Two further sleeping possibilities in the living room. A children's cot and a high chair are also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, coffee maker, microwave, 4-plate cooker, fridge, dishwasher, etc. In the living room there is a colour TV with SAT connection and a stereo system.
Bed linen can be provided for a fee.
The flat has 2 loggias, one at the front and one at the back, each with 17 sqm.
The car can be parked in the adjacent carport.
You can also relax in the green. Around the house, a lawn of approx. 400 sqm invites you to sunbathe. In the sitting area you can spend a relaxing evening with our barbecue.

Our holiday flat
In our holiday flat in Schleswig-Holstein, near St. Peter-Ording, Büsum, Tönning, Wesselburenerkoog and Heide , you can relax wonderfully.
St. Peter-Ording is a popular holiday destination for every surf fan, water sports enthusiast or beach lover.
Büsum offers a wave pool, a sightseeing tour by train or a leisurely shopping trip on Sundays. Boat trips from Büsum harbour to Helgoland, with inexpensive shopping tours, are also popular holiday activities.
About 15 km away, a trip over the Eider Barrier, is the small town of Tönning. There you should definitely pay a visit to the Multimar. There you will learn everything about the Wadden Sea and its inhabitants.
You can reach the North Sea from our holiday flat in just 8 km, with a short walk over the dike in Wesselburenerkoog. There are also many play opportunities for the little ones
If you fancy a round of pedal boating, then simply visit the Katinger Watt.
For a day trip, take the train to the island of Sylt. The island can be reached by train in a good 1 1/2 hours and trains run every hour during the day. As an alternative to the train trip, there is also a catamaran tour from Büsum to the island of Sylt. As the northernmost federal state, Schleswig-Holstein is also called the "land between the seas". Our state capital is Kiel. The west coast is characterised by the Wadden Sea, and in the north (North Frisia), in addition to the North Frisian Islands, there are numerous Halligen offshore, here the Eiderstedt peninsula juts out into the sea.
Somewhat south of North Frisia, between the Eider and Elbe estuaries, lies the landscape of Dithmarschen. This is where our Finnish log cabin is located. In a quiet, very idyllic side street of Neuenkirchen, you will experience peace, relaxation, and can thus switch off from the stress of everyday life.

Cancellation terms:
If the full rent is not paid 14 days before the start of the trip, the booking of the holiday apartment will be cancelled by the landlord. You will receive a refund of the booking amount minus a cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned travel date. For cancellations made less than 4 days before the start of the trip, you will receive 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night as a refund.

Schade um die Wohnung
We (2 adults and 1 teenager) had booked this apartment for 8 nights but ended up leaving earlier. The block house is great, in a quiet location, and the vacation rental itself is really nice and spacious. However, there are only 2 bedrooms.
Unfortunately, it is not really clean there. All light switches were black with dirt, as were the kitchen and bathroom doors. The wood where hands touch was sticky and black. Cutlery drawers inside totally dirty, as well as the green tablecloth on the kitchen table.
The dishwasher, as well as the microwave, looked very bad. Kitchen cabinet doors next to the stove covered with sauce stains, as well as the front and sides of the refrigerator. The only thing really clean in the kitchen was the stove, inside and out. I won't list other "messes" here because that would go beyond the scope. Photos available. The administrator was not willing to come by and look at the mess. The owner (very, very nice and unfortunately not living nearby) offered us to find another holiday apartment and he would refund us the money (Thank you very much. It doesn't help if all affordable options are booked). Personally, I would have gone back home the next day, but we didn't want to put our daughter through that, as children from Baden-Württemberg were at home from school due to Corona from mid-March until the beginning of the summer holidays in early August, and our daughter was really looking forward to this vacation. So, after our arrival, I spent the morning cleaning up the essentials (I actually pay a cleaning fee to ensure it's clean when I arrive as a guest after over 10 hours of traveling).
Such a shame about the beautiful apartment.

Family holiday
I stayed here for 10 days with my husband, our 2 children 11 and 17 and my mother-in-law and we were all pleasantly surprised. We felt very comfortable from the first moment, everything we needed was there. The size of the flat is great the cleanliness was perfect we were very satisfied. On the large balcony you could enjoy the sun and the peace and had the perfect view of the cows that have amused us city people so many times very much. The right place to relax and unwind, we can only recommend it to others and it certainly wasn't the last time we stayed here. Thumbs up.
The only thing we missed was a second TV, as our son would have liked to watch something different from the rest of the family in the evenings
Nevertheless, we are very happy to come again
