TOP vacation rental, we will come back❤️❤️❤️

We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, shown the holiday apartment which is beautifully beautiful, extremely clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need for daily use. The garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, garden furniture is very well maintained and beautifully designed. The car can be parked on the property in the carport. The hosts made a great effort and showed us the surrounding area on the first day, they were also always helpful with tips and ideas for excursions, beaches, restaurants, shopping.... Different beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Stinjan, we have found new friends for life in our hosts and we will definitely come back. Many thanks to both of you, dear Gordana and dear Dragan ?

Holidays to feel good!

We have just spent 2 wonderful weeks here.
We found the flat as described in the text and photos.
It was easy to arrive and feel at home. The flat is furnished to a high standard, very clean, well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary things. We were also very pleased that the cupboards were not overloaded with unnecessary things and we could store our own things well and generously. The property is very well maintained and the neighbourhood pleasant. For our dog, the large fenced property was a dream. The landlords care a lot about the well-being of their guests, they were there to help us with words and deeds, to explain and show us the most important things, gave us great tips for excursions. We were able to explore many different beaches in the close vicinity - secluded bays or beaches with bars, restaurants and water sports. By car you can be everywhere in max. 5 minutes. Pula and the beautiful Fazana are only a few minutes away by car.

Beautiful house in impeccable, very well maintained and very clean condition. Furnished with love, super cosy and comfortable.

We were very warmly welcomed by Gordana and Dragan and received lots of great tips. We lacked nothing, this hospitality can't be topped!!!

Whether on foot or by car, you can reach everything easily in no time.

We had a relaxing, super nice time and can recommend the flat with a clear conscience.

Holidays with and at the family's. Hearty, familiar.

We were very positively surprised about this very beautiful flat, even more about the warm, family host family who were always there with advice and action.there was nothing missing in the flat and everything very clean.we felt very comfortable..like at home. Unfortunately, the 2 weeks were over very quickly and it was hard to say goodbye, as the host family made it very easy for us to take them into our hearts. A dream holiday came true for us in a very beautiful area, bathing and sunbathing, the country and its people

Super 3-generation vacation

This vacation was fabulous from start to finish!
We were welcomed so warmly by Gordana and Dragan that we felt right at home. The apartment's amenities are excellent and everything was spotless, so we felt completely comfortable. Everything looks even better in person than in the already good pictures.
The location is optimal, Gordana and Dragan showed us the great beaches in the area and shopping possibilities and were always helpful.
The property was great for our one-year-old son to play and move around, and Grandma, Grandpa, and we could relax wonderfully there.
In summary, everything was perfect and we would love to come back again!!!

Super, super, super holiday

Can only agree with the other reviews :-) Great hosts with a really nice holiday flat. Here you simply notice that everything is furnished and done with heart. Everything is here and the property is a dream. Likewise the surroundings, something for everyone..... Fantastically beautiful. We will come again and can recommend this holiday home. Our children and we thank the Arsic family for this great holiday.

The perfect vacation rental :-)

We went to Croatia for the fourth time and finally found a vacation rental that we are 100% satisfied with! Everything is available, very well-maintained, and of high quality! The Arsic family strives to ensure the well-being of the tenants. Upon request, you can even get fresh towels again or wash your own laundry. We also received great tips for leisure activities, shopping, restaurants, beaches, and shortcuts personally. There really is nothing missing - even a lovingly designed outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower are available.
2 toilets, 2 seating areas, carport, awning. . . . .
We have already booked for next year:-) and are looking forward to it:-)

Top Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter

On the recommendation of friends, we visited Croatia for the first time and met the Arsic family, who were very kind, helpful, and never intrusive landlords. On the first day, they showed us suitable shopping opportunities, cheap parking spaces, and beaches.

We immediately felt comfortable in the lovingly furnished and very clean holiday apartment. She has a fully equipped kitchen, fly screens on all windows, a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, a parking space in the carport, and is very quiet just outside Pula. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the city center and the beach.

We say thank you for a great holiday and would love to come back.

Top Ferienwohnung

All in all a top vacation rental. Very nice and accommodating landlords. On the day of arrival, there was an exclusive tour to the holiday hotspots. The best beaches, shopping opportunities, parking options, and more were personally shown to us. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is very clean. It is lovingly furnished. A huge terrace and plenty of garden furniture invite you to linger. A very well-kept large property. In addition, there is a very courteous and very nice Arsic family. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely come back.

Family Arsic, we say thank you for your hospitality. We immediately felt comfortable. Very clean apartment. Large courtyard where children can play. A peaceful location. Not far away, you can go shopping. The city is also nearby. The beach is fantastic. So we can only recommend it. We were satisfied with everything.

A dreamy accommodation

I can only recommend the holiday apartment, top equipment, super hospitable landlords who really show you everything. I slept like a baby here. . . . . . . . . I don't want to go home. Our 2-year-old son can play in the garden here, the property is completely fenced. The apartment is super clean. It's a good 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but you can get there by car in three minutes. Clear water awaits you. We will come back in 2018 because we have already taken the holiday apartment and the landlords to our hearts.

The Arsic family welcomed us very warmly. Super clean spacious apartment with top equipment. We felt welcome right away. It was great that the beach was shown to us and when asked, the sights in the area were described to us. We had a great time. We would love to come back. We rested very well.

Great reception, very clean and well-equipped apartment; quiet location - nevertheless, the beach, Pula, and shopping facilities can be reached in just a few minutes - and were shown around personally by the landlady on the first day. We had a great time here :-)

Absolutely recommended

The Arsic family is a very hospitable and helpful family who provides good tips to make you feel right at home. The holiday apartment is very well equipped with 2 spacious bedrooms, all in top condition. Due to the large garden, there is also plenty of space for children to play. Despite its proximity to Pula, the apartment is somewhat away from the tourist crowds. The beach (pebble beach) at the campsite is about a 20-minute walk away. Bakery and "Aunt Emma" store are in the area. For those who do not like large hotel complexes and bustle, it is ideal. We definitely felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. (Travel time Pentecost).
