Description
The house is bright and friendly furnished, the kitchen is state of the art. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, ... are available.
The sofa in the living room is extendable.
Flat screen TV with cable connection, WLAN and stereo with Bluetooth are also part of the inventory.
The spacious bathroom with window has a shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The sunny terrace has garden furniture with cushions for six people.
A clothes horse is also available.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. In the other bedroom there is a bunk bed and a single bed.
A free car parking space is reserved for you.
Furthermore, there is a letterbox and a small shed for your flat.
There is also a covered parking space for bicycles. This is not visible from the outside.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is situated on a large plot of land (to use!) with beautiful old trees. The complex, former Hotel Kaiserhof, dates back to the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2004 with great attention to detail (listed). Your flat is even a new building with a view of the historic house.
The area is absolutely quiet, there is no stopping in your street. Nevertheless, it is only about 5 minutes' walk to the town centre, just like to the Vineta stage. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach or the pier, as well as to the train station.
There are plenty of shopping facilities in the seaside resort of Zinnowitz. Two bakeries are within easy walking or cycling distance. Edeka, Aldi, Netto and Lidl are also on site. Ostseebad Zinnowitz on the second largest German island with the most hours of sunshine.
The entire northern coast is a sandy beach up to 100 metres wide. Since Zinnowitz lies in a gently curving bay, there are no groynes here. Pure sand and sea!
Zinnowitz is one of the most popular holiday resorts (also for families) on Usedom. It's not as cosy as the Kaiserbäder, but has a charm all of its own.
Culturally, the Tin Box and the Vineta Festival Stage should be mentioned.
There is also the Bernsteintherme with a seawater swimming pool, thermal baths and a great sauna area. Mini-golf, tennis, bowling, Sportpark Barge with many activities, disco, ... are also on site.
At the end of the year: ice bathing and
on New Year's Eve, the pier is a hive of activity and there is a fantastic fireworks display, which is repeated on New Year's Day.

| If you bring a dog, there is an extra charge of 10 euros. Bed linen is compulsory and costs 9 euros per person. The bed linen is already made up. Towels can be booked separately. In the high season the arrival and departure day is Saturday. In the high season the second week is charged with 105 Euro per day. At Christmas / New Year the minimum stay is 4 nights. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. there is a charge of 3,50 Euro per day. Cot and high chair can be added per stay for 8 euros each. The visitor's tax (between 1,50 Euro and 2,50 Euro from 16 years) is added per day. The dog costs € 0.50 per day. Otherwise, the stay is possible at any time by arrangement. |
