Description
Our house is located directly on the quiet banks of the Moselle and offers you all the comfort you need to enjoy a holiday so much that you won't want to leave. The house was originally an ordinary residential house and was converted into a high-quality holiday home with indoor swimming pool. In the process, personal ideas were put into practice and many ancient objects and historical elements were used so that this extraordinary, homely flair was created. We bought the house in 2009. There are certainly a number of holiday homes that offer a view of the Moselle, but rest assured that there is no other house like ours on the Moselle. We have no traffic road between the house and the Moselle and, in addition to the high-quality flats, we have the indoor swimming pool with counter-current system as well as Finnish blockbolen sauna, aroma steam bath, solarium, infrared sky and loungers in the house's own wellness oasis in the basement (with access to the garden).

Location and surroundings of object
The house is only 20 metres from the banks of the Moselle. On these 20 metres, you cross the Moseluferweg (Mosel bank path) where you can hike, cycle or skate. The town centre of Zell is less than 500 metres away. Anyone who thinks black cats bring bad luck will be proven wrong in Zell. "Zeller Schwarze Katz" is the name of the vineyard whose products are appreciated worldwide for their quality. And indeed, there are vineyards as far as the eye can see around the Zeller Hamm, the narrowest loop of the Moselle. You can taste the wine at exuberant wine festivals, in rustic wine cellars, wine taverns or Straußwirtschaften. Because of its location midway between Trier and Koblenz, the pretty wine town is an ideal starting point for exploring the Moselle, whether on foot, by bike, canoe, rowing boat, motorboat or on an excursion boat. Zell has a well-developed network of hiking and cycling paths, with themed hiking trails and the Collis steep path with via ferrata. Our holiday home is located directly on the banks of the Moselle with the Moselle hiking and cycling trail, near a playground. The town centre can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Are you wondering how we can ensure that you can use the wellness area with indoor swimming pool, steam bath, sauna and solarium alone?
We regulate this as follows: At the entrance to the wellness area there is a weekly calendar on which you can mark the hours of the day when you want to use the wellness area alone. For this purpose, you will receive 2 small badges with which you can mark the hours when you would like to be alone. There are only 2 other flats in the house besides you, so you can never be occupied for more than 4 hours. Of course, you may use the wellness area every day.

Great vacation apartment
We spent six days in the apartment "Ersteetage" with a great view of the Moselle from the balcony. The apartment had everything you need for a vacation. We made extensive use of the wellness area. We will definitely come back. Greetings from Schortens.
