The house is detached, located on private property, and has a living room with kitchen in one space, with underfloor heating throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo, kettle, refrigerator with small freezer compartment. There are 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with box spring beds (140 x 200) and one with a bunk bed (80 x 200). 4 duvets and pillows are provided. A terrace with garden furniture is included. You bring your own bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair are available on request.
There is a shower and toilet in one room.
You can park next door and there is also a storage room for bicycles. Wi-Fi is free in the house.
The garden is protected. There is a terrace and garden furniture. The TV also has German channels.

Groote Keeten is located about 60 kilometers north of Amsterdam.
Our holiday home is next door to the owner's house. You have your own parking space and garden.
A footpath goes through the dunes, and the North Sea beach is about 700 meters away. Groote Keeten is a small place on the North Sea coast for families and people seeking peace. A restaurant and a gas station can be found in Groote Keeten, but several restaurants and a supermarket are located in Callantsoog and Julianadorp (about 4.5 kilometers away).

Unfortunately not as stated.
We booked a double bed 160x200 + bunk bed.
Unfortunately, there were 2 single beds 70x200 + bunk bed.
The mattresses slip while sleeping, so one always had to be careful how to move.
There are no cupboards for clothes, except for a narrow shelf with 3 boards, where we temporarily stored our son's things. We ourselves only lived out of the suitcases that were in the living/kitchen area since the sleeping rooms do not provide any space for this. No hooks for bath towels in the bathroom, so we dried them over the kitchen chairs.
It's a shame because the apartment has a good location and otherwise makes a good impression at first glance.

Es tut uns leid, dass unser Ferienhaus nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir sind immer bereit für Verbesserungen, schade, dass Sie dies nicht direkt mit uns persönlich besprochen haben. Die Boxspring-Betten sind immer Einzelbetten und auch wenn sie gegeneinander gestellt werden, ist es nicht geeignet für 3 Personen, wie Sie sie verwendet haben.
Wir werden die Kleiderhaken und den Platz im Kleiderschrank weiter optimieren.

A very quiet little place, cute house, the beach is beautiful, very nice landlords. We spent a beautiful New Year's Eve 19/20!
