It has a fantastic view of the sea, or the mountains. The house is tastefully decorated and lovingly Dataile a sea theme. Everywhere one feels the proximity of the sea, the beach and the sun. One floats almost like a gull high up .... :-)

La Gaviota is located in Caleta de Vélez, about 30 km east of Malaga in a well-kept urbanization above the small marina and fishing port of Caleta de Vélez. Caleta de Velez is a small former fishing village about 30 kilometers east of Malaga. This region is known for its mild climate and few rainy days per year.
While it is really hot in the inland country in the summer months, go with us on the coast the summer temperatures rarely exceed 30 ° C and it always blows a fresh light wind.

Beautiful vacation in a great house
A beautiful house with everything you need. A wonderful view from the mountainside to the beach. From here, you can explore a lot, and after the day trip, it's off to the pool. We recommend a car. There is even more to explore, we will definitely come back. Thank you, Linse family, we felt very comfortable.

Best recovery!
We spent our vacation in the beautiful "La Gaviota" and it was a perfect stay for us. Great location, very good facilities, and extremely friendly and accommodating landlords. The Linse family is very helpful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Here you can enjoy the tranquility or explore the surrounding area. Malaga, Granada, and Nerja are always worth a visit. What more could you want?

Great vacation home
The Casa "Gaviota" is a beautifully located, clean and well-maintained holiday home with a great view of the sea and the mountains inland. Everything in the house was top-notch. If we had any questions, the Linse couple took care of them immediately, and there were no unfulfilled wishes. There is a car parking space right in front of the house. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
