Description
Casa Jolanda is a luxurious holiday villa for the sophisticated taste. The whole house is friendly furnished in bright colours. The large living room with flat screen and all German programs offers plenty of space to relax. There are two bedrooms. One is in the main house, the other in a separate pool house with direct access to the pool terrace. The two baths are located in the main building. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. All living rooms have fly screens and air conditioning. From the large terrace with chill sofa you have a fantastic view into the bay of Torre del Mar and into the mountains.

Casa Jolanda is located in Caleta de Vélez, approx. 30 km east of Málaga in a well-kept urbanisation above the small marina and fishing port of Caleta de Vélez. Caleta de Velez is a small former fishing village. This region is known for its particularly mild climate and the fewest rainy days of the year
While it gets really hot in the interior in the summer months, the temperatures on the coast rarely exceed 30°C in summer and there is always a light wind blowing
Due to its central location, you can make wonderful day trips from Caleta to Granada with the Alhambra, or Cordoba with its beautiful Mezquita, Nerja with its caves or Sevilla, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar
The new Baviera golf course is located 2km behind the urbanisation.

Vacation with relaxation factor
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Jolanda! The house is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. We felt right at home, thanks to the spacious layout and harmonious decor. The large terrace is a highlight, and the many shaded spots around the house were ideal for unwinding, while the pool was an absolute delight. The relaxation factor was simply top-notch – a perfect place to escape from everyday life. We are happy to come back and thank the Linse family for the great support!

Simply top!
We immediately felt at home in this cute little house with a wonderful view of the sea! The furnishings are luxurious but still very homely, lots of lovely little details everywhere, such as electric awnings in every sunny corner (even over the pool), so you always found a cosy shady spot to relax on snug deckchairs. The entire outdoor area has beautiful, well-kept flowers and plants, a large barbecue, electric shutters, everything in the house is fully air-conditioned, cool marble floors, very wide and very comfortable beds to fall into after a beautiful day of holiday..... we would like to especially emphasise this wonderful, very modern kitchen with everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. There are many shopping possibilities in the surrounding area and quick connections to beautiful excursion destinations. The contact with the Linse family was also very good, we felt very well looked after! The 5 stars come from the bottom of our hearts, we would love to come back!

Everything top, gladly again and again

Urlaub im 6 Sterne -Haus
A great luxurious house with style. We give this house 5 stars with an additional star for the cool kitchen (it's really fun to cook with the whole family here), great barefoot-friendly Italian marble floor, beautiful pictures on the walls, a fantastic view over the roofs of Caleta de Velez towards the coast direction Torre del Mar. The covered terrace with a pool directly adjacent makes the atmosphere very cozy. In the evening, we sat for a long time and enjoyed the setting sun and later the night lights of the coast. The location of the house is great, 7-10 minutes to the beach despite the hilly terrain. After the first right turn, there is a nice shortcut through a small forest down to the town and the beach. Shopping at Aldi around the corner with a Churros stand in front. Fresh Churros were almost always part of breakfast, or simply delicious ham from Mercadonna. Many thanks to the Linse family for supporting us with the rental car and all the nice tips you gave us, as well as your care for our well-being. We didn't miss anything. It was our coolest and most laid-back vacation. Nice that we had the opportunity to meet you.
