Description
The holiday home, which can be booked directly here without a service fee (eMail to the landlord), is approx. 55 m² in size and has been almost completely renovated in recent years. The modern living room has a fireplace. Adjacent is the kitchenette and the first bedroom with a modern double bed 150 x 200 cm. From the hallway you reach the second bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, which are put together as a double bed. Opposite is the shower room with WC. The holiday home is habitable all year round due to gas central heating. Its high-quality equipment includes 2 SAT-TVs, HIFI system and DVD/CD/VCR player. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone glass ceramic hob, a hot-air oven with grill, a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and extensive crockery for more than 4 people. There are 2 baby cots and a high chair in the hall cupboard. Behind the house, bicycles are available in a log cabin for free use, but without guarantee. The car parking space is in the immediate vicinity. To load and unload, however, you drive directly in front of the house. In front of the living room is the spacious terrace with table and chairs. In the adjoining storage room you will find a barbecue, parasol, cushions and deck chairs. The fenced garden area is ideal play space for small children and is excellent for relaxing and unwinding.
The house is suitable for allergy sufferers due to the health indications of the place and is therefore smoke-free. Animals are therefore also not allowed.
WLAN is available in the house via a Telekom speedbox.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the Aidapark directly behind the dyke. The Aidapark is a closed holiday home settlement with approx. 175 houses. Tossens is one of the main villages on the green peninsula of Butjadingen. Due to the Centerparc, which is about 300 m away and has a 4000 m² leisure pool, the Aquamundo, and animation for children during the holiday season, Tossens has gained supraregional importance. The Friesenstrand, also about 300 m away, is a real oasis of well-being with lots of play equipment for the little ones. Due to the ebb and flow of the tide, there is always something to do here: take a swim, go on a self-guided or guided mudflat hike or observe rare bird species in the bird sanctuary, or just relax in a beach chair. Tossens is located on the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea" World Heritage Site. Since 2017, there has also been a "baby beach" here with fine sand and UV light protection. Furthermore, waders are provided for people with disabilities.
There are numerous restaurants in the village to cater for your physical well-being, a spa centre, the Butjent coastal market with bakery and beach café. Up on the dyke there is an Italian restaurant with delicious food. A market is about 800 m away in the village.

Also worth a visit is the North Sea lagoon in Burhave, a tide-independent seawater bath, where the traditional "Anschwimmen" takes place every year on 1 January. Nearby Fedderwardersiel is home to crab cutters and a natural history museum. This is also where the MS Wega II sails to the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. From June to August, a ferry sails from Eckwarderhörne to Wilhelmshaven's Coastal Museum and North Sea Aquarium. In Nordenham-Blexen there is a ferry to Bremerhaven all year round. There you can visit the German Maritime Museum, the Atlanticum with its fishing port showcase, the German Emigration Museum, the Zoo by the Sea and the Klimahaus.
If the weather is "bad", which it never is at the North Sea, it is also worthwhile to go shopping in Nordenham. The North Sea Coast Cycle Route and the German Siel Route through the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea Nature Park should not go unmentioned.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

a very beautiful bungalow with all the bells and whistles
We are extremely enthusiastic about this house. As a family with 2 children, it leaves nothing to be desired. Located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, it offers pure tranquility and relaxation. Everything a homemaker could wish for was available. The children could watch TV separately in the bedroom. We were out and about a lot with the house's own bicycles. We will definitely book this modern furnished house again.

Great holiday apartment with good facilities
We spent a week with our 3-year-old daughter in the apartment of the Westphal family. We immediately felt "at home". The apartment is very friendly, clean, and decorated with love. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially for children - great. The bungalow has a great quiet location, directly behind the dike. Nevertheless, it is centrally located and everything can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot. Whether it's a bakery, bike rental, fish restaurant, pizzeria, or even the water park - everything is just around the corner. But particularly lovely was the pirate playground that we visited every day. We felt very comfortable and definitely want to come back.
