Spend the most beautiful time of the year in our lovingly furnished and completely renovated non-smoking home for up to 6 people. The bungalow was extensively renovated and refurnished in 2017
The very well-equipped bungalow with its secluded garden and fenced plot is ideal for families with children or those seeking rest and relaxation.
Equipped with high-quality furnishings and internet via W-LAN, you can feel completely at home on 68 square metres
In the living room, a high-quality stove provides additional cosy hours.
All rooms can be darkened with external roller blinds. Parking space for cars is available directly on the property
Bed linen and towels are available for a fee - but you are also welcome to bring your own.
We manage our little holiday oasis with great attention to detail and are happy to be at your disposal at any time.

The North Sea resort of Tossens is located directly on the idyllic coast of the North Sea. The mudflats are within sight, the fresh sea breeze ensures relaxation and digging on the beach is great fun for the kids.
There's something going on here, the Friesenstrand with its pirate adventure playground offers the best conditions for a day of adventure directly on the North Sea
From Tossens there are guided walks into the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea
Tropical temperatures prevail all year round in the Aqua Mundo adventure pool at Center Parcs Nordseeküste, with a tyre slide, large wave pool and an elaborately designed sauna and wellness landscape with an extensive range of facilities
The Pütten (spacious fishing ponds) make anglers' hearts beat faster and are also ideal for a walk
Dogs are also well catered for in Tossens. The beach area for dogs is located below the beach hall, now called "Il Giardino".
The Nordseeallee, a long promenade leading to the dyke, offers plenty of opportunity to stroll and feast, as numerous restaurants and snack bars offer the complete variety of fresh North Sea delicacies.

Pure relaxation
You will find a clean, modern and well-equipped holiday home near the dike. It is centrally located yet absolutely quiet in its location. Here you can feel very comfortable and enjoy a relaxed holiday.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub. Das Ferienhaus Nord-Seehund war komplett ausgestattet. Uns drei Erwachsenen und unserem Hund fehlte es an nichts.

Urlaub vom Feinsten !!! ?
Wir durften in der letzten Januarwoche unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbringen! Es fehlt hier an nichts, angefangen mit der sehr geschmackvollen und liebevollen Einrichtung, der super, mit allem ausgestatteten, Küche (Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi uvm). Ein weiteres Highlight sind die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit TV, was wir besonders schätzen, und uns somit noch mehr zu Hause fühlen konnten.
Ebenso erwähnenswert ist die überdachte Terrasse und der schöne, komplett eingezäunte Garten, sodass man seinen vierbeinigen Freund ohne Sorge laufen lassen kann.
Zusammengefasst…. es war ein wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub für uns alle drei !
Sehr gerne weiterempfohlen und sehr gerne wieder !

Super Ferienhaus!
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Dieses Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden vom Gummiband bis zum Raclett.
Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann alles gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Auch die Übergabe durch die nette Verwalterin klappte problemlos.

Toller Urlaub im super eingerichteter Ferienwohnung
Eine super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch für unseren beiden Kinder (3Jahre und 6 Wochen) war an Kleinigkeiten gedacht, wie Wickelauflage, Gästebett, Kindergeschirr und Tritt.

Toller Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee
Das Haus ist sehr schön, es ist modern eingerichtet und wie schon beschrieben ist wirklich alles vorhanden.Die Übergabe durch die nette Verwalterin klappte problemlos und bei unsere Ankunft im Haus gab es für uns kleine Schokoladen und auch unser Hund bekam ein Leckerli.Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen u d können es nur weiterempfehlen.

The house is very close to the beach, it was about 7 minutes on foot. At this time of year it was also really good with the dog, as there were not so many tourists and we could walk the dog in peace
The house is really super modern, it is furnished in a modern way. There is also a lot of equipment, books, TV in the living room and both bedrooms, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, water maker, games, radio, DVD player, bicycles, pellet stove, etc
It was really nice there, we would take the house again and again!

Very nice and well maintained holiday home with a great location! The property is fenced and suitable for child and dog! Bicycles were available, a barbecue is available!
There are indoor and outdoor games for the children!
The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished and invites you to relax!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt
Das war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Kein Wunsch blieb offen. Wohnung sehr gepflegt und sauber. Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Meer, Bäcker und Lebensmittel Fußläufig zu erreichen. Werden das Haus auf alle Fälle noch mal besuchen. Schöne Grüße aus dem Sauerland

Erholung pur.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Unsere beiden kleinen Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, und durch das eingezäunte Grundstück konnten sie unendlich viel toben. Auch das Inventar verdient mehr als 5 Sterne, alles ist vorhanden, was man im Alltag so benötigt. Sogar die Fahrräder standen uns zur Verfügung. Wir lieben die Nordsee und nun haben wir uns auch in dieses tolle Ferienhaus verliebt. Es war ein unbeschreiblich schöner Urlaub, der leider viel zu schnell verging!
Wenn man Urlaub an der Nordsee machen möchte, dann hier!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist 1a ausgestattet. Selbst an unseren Vierbeiner wurde bei der Anreise gedacht. Man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit den dortigen Fahrrädern in Tossens erreichen.
Wir möchten auf jedenfall wieder kommen!
