Log cabin holiday to enjoy
Our comfortably furnished log cabins are located in a small family-friendly holiday village above the market town of Stamsried on a terraced slope directly on the edge of the forest with many hiking opportunities in unspoilt nature
Each log cabin has 3 rooms, a small, self-contained kitchen and a shower room with WC:
Living-dining room with seating area and coffee table, satellite TV (LCD flat screen), Blu-Ray player, stereo with CD, WLAN (free of charge). In the dining area there is a table with corner bench and chairs as well as a sideboard. All furniture in the house is solid.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker (Ceran) and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, various small electrical appliances, pots and pans. There are 10 sets of crockery and cutlery.
In the double bedroom there is a wardrobe with hotel safe and coat hangers. Furthermore, you will find a large mirror, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
In the children's room there are 2 single beds and a loft bed. It also contains a wardrobe. All beds except the loft bed are equipped with adjustable slatted frames and quality mattresses.
Our bathroom is equipped with WC and shower with shower cubicle, washstand with vanity unit, mirror, shelf, towel holder, hairdryer, vanity mirror and digital bathroom scales.
Smoke detectors are installed in the living room and in both bedrooms, and there is a first aid cabinet with contents according to DIN 13157 in the bedroom
The outdoor area consists of a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol. The terrace has a lockable door, which is ideal if you are bringing a dog. An electric barbecue is available in the house
You can use the washing machine and dryer at the reception for a fee
Our parking spaces are between 5m and 40m from each house. The holiday complex is otherwise a car-free zone.
Our log cabins are particularly popular with families with children - and dogs.

The Stamsried holiday village is situated above the market town of Stamsried on a terraced slope directly on the edge of the forest. All shops and facilities of the village can be reached on foot in 10 min.

You can reach us by car via various motorways (depending on the direction):
- A6 from Nuremberg (west)
- A3 from Würzburg (north-west)
- A3 from Passau (south-east)
- A93 from Munich (south-west)
- A93 from Berlin (north)
The last few kilometres to Stamsried are on various federal roads.
You can take the train to Roding (approx. 12 km) or to Pösing (approx. 5 km) and then take a taxi. The nearest airports are Nuremberg and Munich.
The market town of Stamsried (state-recognised resort) belongs to the district of Cham, as well as to the tourist region "Land of the Rainbows". The picturesque village lies high above the Regental valley. Gentle forest mountains, flowering meadows, babbling brooks and quiet ponds surround the residential and recreational village away from traffic noise
The parish church, the market square with the Marian column, the baroque castle and the castle park, which was laid out in the 17th century, characterise the village. More than 100 kilometres of well-marked hiking trails, a botanical nature trail, sports facilities, a mini-golf course, a forest nature trail and the Kirchbachaue with the barefoot path, Celtic tree circle and Kneipp facility offer the population and holiday guests recreation, variety and many activity options. Modern, well-run restaurants and accommodation round off the village.
In July 2006, one of Bavaria's first ecological natural swimming pools was opened in Stamsried Castle Park. It is about a 10-minute walk from the holiday park. Admission is free for our guests!
In the Tourist-Information in the centre of the village in the town hall you can get many tips for excursions, brochures and competent advice. You can also rent eBikes there - for a whole new cycling experience!

| The prices include all additional costs. We charge a fee of € 7 per dog and day. The visitor's tax for the municipality of Stamsried is € 0.90 per adult and day and € 0.45 per child between 7 and 17 years. Bed linen and towels can be rented at the reception for a fee or brought along. The minimum stay is 4 nights and in high season and Christmas / New Year's Eve 7 nights. Arrival is on weekdays (Mon. to Sat.) between 3 pm and 6 pm. Departure is by 10 am. Bookable online via our homepage for stays of 4 days or more (varies according to season) Admission to the Stamsried natural swimming pool is free for our guests When booking, you will receive a travel insurance certificate according to § 651k BGB and the offer of a travel cancellation insurance (ERV). |
