Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a well-kept condominium in the Hassee district of Kiel, close to nature. The three-storey house is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. The central and convenient location of the flat ensures short distances to destinations in Kiel and quick connections to the surrounding area. A wide variety of shopping and supply options are within a few minutes' reach - even on foot!

Hallway:

In the spacious entrance area of the flat, a real wood chest of drawers in trendy red welcomes visitors. To the left is the kitchen, to the right the living room. Straight ahead is the hallway.

Kitchen:

In the modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, preparing your own meals is a pleasure. Smaller meals can be taken directly in the kitchen at the practical bar table. Cutlery, crockery and all important kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. The kitchenette is equipped with modern and high-quality brand appliances: refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment, cooker with convection oven, exhaust hood, coffee maker, electric kettle. A brand new washing machine for your own laundry is also integrated into the kitchenette.

Storage room:

In the spacious storage room, bulky household aids such as clothes horse, ironing board, iron, hoover, broom and scrubbing brush, which are all part of the flat's equipment, disappear. The built-in shelves offer plenty of space for storing supplies, shoes, dirty laundry or anything else.

Living room:

In the large and tastefully furnished living room, upholstered furniture invites you to linger comfortably or enjoy a cosy get-together. This is also the best place to watch TV on the 102 cm flat screen with cable TV and Blue-ray DVD player or to listen to music on the HiFi stereo system with USB connection. The sofa has a bed function and offers one or two additional sleeping places on a reclining surface of 140 cm x 190 cm. There is plenty of room at the extendable dining table with 4 chairs for larger meals. The table can also be used for reading, working, playing, etc. From the living room, the door leads out onto the balcony.

Balcony:

The large south-west-facing balcony is already in the sun from the early midday hours. The loggia is sheltered from the wind, so you can enjoy the warming rays of the sun in the pretty seating group of wooden balcony furniture even on cooler days.

Hallway:

The spacious hallway leads to the rear part of the flat, where the two bedrooms as well as the bathroom and WC are located. Integrated into the hallway are a built-in wardrobe for storing jackets and shoes as well as a large intermediate shelf for additional storage space under the ceiling.

Bedroom:

The large bedroom provides a suitable atmosphere for resting with clear furnishings and uniform colours. The robust double bed offers two comfortable sleeping places, each equipped with an adjustable slatted frame made of springwood slats and a dimensionally stable quality mattress of size 90 cm x 200 cm. Matching quilts with microfibre filling are included. There is a bedside table and a halogen reading lamp on both sides of the bed. The bedroom can be completely darkened by means of a blackout blind. The spacious four-piece wardrobe with mirrored doors offers plenty of space for linen and other items.

Second bedroom and study:

This room is furnished as a combined bedroom and study. The sleeping area includes a stable single bed with adjustable slatted frame made of springwood slats, quality mattress, microfibre quilted bed and halogen reading lamp. The floor-to-ceiling three-door wardrobe offers plenty of space. The work corner on the opposite wall includes a height-adjustable desk with office swivel chair and a bookcase. A connection for a landline telephone or internet is available.

Bathroom:

The modern bathroom is brightly lit by a 120 cm mirror lamp. The oversized wall mirror above the washbasin visually enlarges the room. The shower room consists of a quarter-circle round shower (radius 90 cm) with a one-hand mixer lever set. The shower walls are made of safety glass with anti-glare drip décor. Hot water is produced by an electronically controlled instantaneous water heater. A washbasin shelf and a wall cabinet are provided for storing personal hygiene items. The large towel warmer ensures a pleasant room temperature.

WC:

The WC is located in a separate room and is also illuminated by a 120 cm mirror lamp. Here, too, an oversized wall mirror visually enlarges the room. The equipment includes a modern wall-hung WC, a back-wall flushing device and a hand-washing basin.

There are parking spaces directly in front of the house. Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the flat at any time of the day or night!

Perfect holiday flat

We also had the flat for 3 months. The flat is very clean, well equipped and the handling was excellent. In addition, the flat is in a very quiet and good location in Kiel. I would book this flat again at any time. The flat is absolutely recommendable. Thank you once again for everything.
