Ground floor: cozy living room with fireplace, integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and a small dishwasher. Bedroom with single bed.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 x 2 single beds plus cot. Sunny garden with 2 terraces, garden furniture, outdoor fireplace and storage. Pets are welcome.

Here you have plenty of privacy and good views.
The house is very quiet, exactly what you need to disable! In the village you will find everything your heart desires: shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school.
The cozy beach pavilion "Paal 6" is open all year.
In Ooghduyne (about 500m) there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
In Den Helder about 6 km away, there are many attractions including the Rescue Museum, the Naval Museum, the Children's Paradise, a bowling center, a cinema, a Japanese garden and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea Aquarium.
In summer, various markets and different events.

Very nice, clean, and cozy holiday home. And also large enough for 4 people with 2 dogs. We immediately felt comfortable. The view of the fields is great. The garden is nicely divided and well-maintained. The fireplace in autumn makes it really cozy. We felt completely comfortable. The only thing we really missed is the freezer that is mentioned in the description. Maybe you can simply put a small freezer in the shed. We will be very happy to come back!

Great accommodation for 3 people
We were at the house in August 2021 as a couple. As you can see from the pictures... the dishwasher is no longer in the bathroom! The bathroom and kitchen are new and impeccable! Of course, a bit small; but with 65 square meters, that's how it is. There is a lack of (nearby) storage space for food; there are plenty of cabinets in the bedrooms. So, we could store food and the like in the children's room. Unfortunately, despite being listed, the freezer is missing. No ice cubes; no cooler packs for the beach. However, the refrigerator is huge. The shed (with the washing machine) is also generous. Easily fits 3 bicycles, which is very reassuring for more expensive bikes. The house is located at the edge of the small and somewhat narrow complex, offering a wide view over the fields. Yes, sometimes tractors drive over the field - but it's not really a bother. Unfortunately, despite early contact, we couldn't enter the house before 3:00 pm. Also, the parking lot is not directly adjacent. Fortunately, there was always a parking space available in the immediate neighborhood, so there was no need to carry heavy loads when loading or unloading.
No need to say more about Julianadorp. Cozy town with everything you need.
Conclusion: great accommodation for 3 people; it gets tight with more people.

Kurzurlaub in Julianadorp
We stayed in the holiday home for a few days and felt very comfortable. The house is located in a small bungalow park in the beautiful Julianadorp. It was very quiet.
The house is cozily furnished and has everything you need for daily living. The small dishwasher is located in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we had to buy dishwasher tabs ourselves as none were provided.
The house has a fireplace, and since we were there in November, we would have liked to have made a cozy fire. Unfortunately, there was no suitable wood - too bad.
The surroundings have a lot to offer. One can quickly reach the sea and the dunes. Also, "Den Helder" is not far away. Tip: A trip to the Navy Museum is worth it!
We arrived quite late and were welcomed warmly. Communication worked great.
We would love to come back and thank you for the restful stay. Anika & Nico
In spring/summer, it is certainly a bit nicer in the village, but we also really enjoyed it in November. When we arrived, we immediately sensed the salty sea air.

Satisfying Vacation
We were three adults and a dog in the house. The size of the house was completely sufficient for us, but we felt that there was a lack of storage space. It was very annoying that when we asked, the correct bed sizes were not mentioned. There are only 90x200 beds in the master bedroom. Since arrival cannot be planned precisely, we were grateful that we could enter the vacation home earlier. You could clearly tell inside and outside that this vacation rental is used for rental purposes only. Inside, there were many cobwebs in the corners, and outside, the garden was full of weeds. Unfortunately, the dishwasher provided could only be used for cutlery and dishes; it was too small for anything else, so we preferred to wash everything by hand.
The holiday park is small but also quiet. And it is located almost centrally between the center (shopping facilities) and the beach, so that you can reach everything by bike (about 5 minutes) and on foot (about 20 minutes).
We would definitely love to come back here.
