Fancy the sea, sand, beach, letting your soul unwind?
We own a mobile home in Ouddorp, near the Brouwersdam, located right on the border to Zeeland and Renesse.
We only rent it out for a few weeks a year, the rest of the time we use it ourselves. For this reason, it is not a "typical" rental property.
It is located on the Dutch North Sea coast on one side and on the Grevelingen Meer on the other. Bicycle shed with bicycles (are maintained, but use at your own risk)
Outdoor terrace with a lounge, garden furniture, grill, sunshade, sun loungers. . . .
190 sqm property with parking on the premises.
Everything is available, from Senseo to Ninja air fryer, egg cooker, freezer, coffee machine,
toaster.
You will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday here.

The mobile home is located in the holiday park "Haayse Bos" in Ouddorp.
Haayse Bos is a well-maintained small park. Only mobile homes, all privately owned, no tents or caravans.
There is a small playground; otherwise, there are no activities on site.
Here you simply enjoy the peace, but it is still very central!!
The sea with its huge beach is just under 2 km away and can be easily reached through a bicycle path directly next to the park. It's just 3 km by car and there are free!!! parking spaces.
Quietly located, a paradise for relaxation seekers and recreational athletes alike. Close to the beach on the North Sea and Lake Grevelingen.

Ouddorp aan Zee is a beautiful holiday resort in South Holland, located on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee.
On one hand, situated directly on the kilometers-long sandy beach, and on the other hand, on Lake Grevelingen, a leisure paradise for water sports enthusiasts or fishermen. Charming beach pavilions invite you to linger.
Wonderful, watching the hustle of kite surfers at the Brouwersdam!
Surfers and recreational athletes alike are offered a lot around the Brouwersdam and Grevelingendam area and it is therefore very well-known.
Ouddorp has maintained the original character of an authentic "village" (approx. 6,000 inhabitants). The character of a small town (approx. 500 residents) has been maintained and is still cherished to this day; here one enjoys Dutch coziness, paired with historical elements, yet there is plenty of variety if one desires. Here, alongside cozy street cafés, one finds a wide variety of shops, such as boutiques, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries, butchers, a good fish store, fishing gear, bits and bobs, etc. Or simply take a leisurely stroll through the weekly market. In the immediate vicinity, there are nature and bird reserves, a multitude of sports activities (golfing, surfing, power kiting, horseback riding, diving, land sailing), historical villages - all of which can be easily reached by bicycle, and the cycling and hiking trails are very well developed. Numerous boat rentals offer you the opportunity to spend wonderful hours on the water. The beaches of Ouddorp have been receiving the coveted Blue Flag for several years, an environmental label awarded in Europe for high-quality beaches. You can easily reach the Ouddorp beaches on beautiful bike paths with a bicycle! Getting there by car is also not a problem, as there are numerous free parking spaces.
During the months of April as well as June to September, the bike and hiking trails pass by endless flower fields. Pure nature, about 250 fields of flowers with around 350 different plant varieties. It's an insane burst of color and simply beautiful! Routes like the "Flower Seed Route" and the "Goeree Route" are well-known to many. We warmly welcome you again, here, where tranquility, nature, and expansiveness meet.
. . . . . . . . . . . Oh, and if you want more: it's only about 43 km to Rotterdam, and just 16 km to Renesse. And Domburg, Westkapelle, Burg Hamstede, Brielle - all easily accessible and worth a visit.

Ouddorp is part of the region with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
In 2019 we only rented for 2 weeks, in 2020 not at all, and in 2021 also only 2 weeks! In 2022 to 2024 not at all. That’s why you won’t find any reviews for this period! And now in 2025 also only a few weeks.
You see, we use the mobile home ourselves and it is NOT a rental property!

Beautiful chalet
The chalet was very well furnished and had everything you could think of. We had a wonderful week. Delightfully quiet chalet park and a very beautiful area with many nice and fun things to do.

Great holiday home in Haayse Bos Holiday Park
Mrs. Cienowa's holiday home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Moreover, it is stylishly decorated. The terrace with the veranda roof particularly pleased us. Sun loungers and a sun umbrella were available for relaxing in the wonderful weather. We especially liked the beautiful nature reserve "Duinen van Goeree," from which you also have a great view of the sea. ( . . . We also had a dreamy sunset there at the beach )
Nearby, there is an Aldi and a Jumbo supermarket, and additionally, there is a small nice market in Ouddorp every Tuesday. The large beaches in Ouddorp are all clean, and there are also many opportunities to get coffee or small snacks there.
On the property, there is a generous parking space.
We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation as well as the surroundings. Thank you very much for a nice vacation that we would like to repeat next year.

Pure relaxation
My husband and I were in the mobile home of the Cienowa family from June 27 to July 4, 25. Very nice and pleasant landlord/landlady. The mobile home has a great location that is very quiet for a relaxing and restful vacation. The accommodation is very clean, lovingly furnished, and leaves nothing to be desired; you really have everything you need. The people on the site are also all very friendly. You can easily take care of everything by car or bike. From the square, you can directly access a path by the nature reserve and enjoy nice walks there. This also leads, among other things, to the beach. So if you want to have a relaxed and restorative vacation, you are exactly right here.
