Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the hills above Moraira on Calle Benicarlo, not far (5-10 minutes by car) from the beach and the city. It is quiet in a side street. Some supermarkets and even German bakeries are very accessible.
The area offers many sports and excursions. Moraira, "the pearl of the Costa Blanca", with recognized healing atmosphere and in contrast to the surrounding places free from high-rise buildings or skyscrapers, located almost midway between Valencia and Alicante. Nestled in vineyards, almond and orange plantations and a beautiful marina, it has retained the charm of the former fishing village. On the waterfront, along the harbor, there are cozy pubs and sophisticated restaurants, invite you to linger. In addition, boutiques and other shops. In most supermarkets you will find an offer that inferior to the ranges in Germany or Switzerland to nothing. The well-kept, beautiful beaches are awarded the blue flag of the EU. Our fiestas with fantastic fireworks have an international reputation.

Cosy holiday home
The house is located in a quiet street and cannot be seen from the outside. It has a lot of space and is very lovingly furnished. We had a very nice, relaxing holiday here with our two children, who were thrilled with the large pool.

Vacation with the family
We had a very nice time. My children (12 and 15 years old) had a lot of fun in the pool.
A car is necessary.
By car, everything is nearby (supermarket 5 min; beach 7 min).
Quiet area.
