The lovingly furnished apartment with large balcony and open views located on the 2nd floor of a well maintained apartment complex. You have here from morning to evening sun.
The bright and spacious living area is tastefully decorated and has among other features WLAN. A wide selection books are available.
There is also a stylish dining area and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and combi microwave, a spacious and vessel equipped with underfloor heating bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sink and toilet.
Furthermore, a double room with TV Digital and a bedroom with 2 single beds and TV Digital.
The beds are fitted with high quality mattresses.
The apartment is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed here.
For a traveling family apartment 77 on the 1st floor is highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet location, at a dead end and not on the road.
The wonderful sandy beach is only 10 minutes. In the village you will find everything your heart desires: shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school.
The cozy beach pavilion is open year round. In spring you can enjoy beautiful flower fields.
In Ooghduyne (1 km) there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
In Den Helder about 6 km away, there are many attractions:
including the Rescue Museum, the Maritime Museum with submarine, the children's paradise, a bowling center, a cinema, a Japanese garden and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea Aquarium.
In summer, various markets and different events.

Top vacation rental!
The apartment Residence Juliana 79 has far exceeded our expectations, located on the top floor, good view, very clean, wonderful equipment in all rooms, especially the kitchen, practical layout of the apartment, overall very cozy! Beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, parking in front of the house, for shopping and excursions a car or bike is necessary, local buses also run from the nearby bus stop. Overall quiet residential complex, we were very satisfied, also the receptionist was very friendly!

We have often stayed in vacation rentals in this area, this one is exceptional. The location is fantastic as a penthouse apartment with a beautifully furnished balcony directly above the lagoon, the amenities are exceptionally comprehensive, with TV in all 3 rooms, very good wifi, with an oven (which we have never had before), the rooms are freshly renovated and lovingly designed and super clean, parking right in front of the house, 10 minutes to the beach and a great and modern beach pavilion, the welcome from CAN was very warm and also professional, really everything highly recommended. ...and at this price much too inexpensive. We will definitely come back and book now for next year.

Just praise
Booked for a short vacation with the option to experience returning once. We have booked several vacation rentals in the Juliana complex as a destination. This apartment stands out positively. The provider's service is customer-oriented.

We found the apartment in very good condition, were warmly greeted and nicely shown around. The kitchen is well equipped with all the possibilities for self-catering. The bedroom is spacious and bright, equipped with good mattresses and plenty of space for clothes. The bathroom is well appointed with its double sink and spacious shower. All we can say is that we felt very comfortable for 14 days. Thank you very much.
