Vacation with Dog

The location was great. Everything was within immediate reach. Unfortunately, cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the coffee machine and kettle in the kitchenette were full of limescale, and the two-burner stove was dirty. What I also found bad was that there was carpet flooring, which was not good for me as a dust allergy sufferer. There were still cobwebs in the bedroom and the curtains were also dirty. The bed was very sagging and should be replaced, as it squeaks. In the bathroom, when you showered, the bathroom was flooding because water was running through the cabin. Communication went well. Unfortunately, we had to complain about the shower head and the toilet seat because they were broken, but they were repaired promptly. They could have also swept in front of the door. The beach chair on the terrace was great, and we thought it was excellent that there was also a beach chair at the dog beach. One could check the cutlery; unfortunately, there was only a teaspoon. Overall, the apartment was too small for 2 people and 1 dog. We would not choose this again. The apartment next to us is said to have been better; maybe we would consider that one again. The parking spaces in front of the door are great, but a plan should be made for how to park with four cars to avoid issues for others, as there are four apartments. Otherwise, they are very nice landlords, that cannot be denied. The price could be reconsidered, if nothing changes.

Not recommended for those with lung diseases. Everything too narrow. Stay during bad weather is boring due to old TV with hardly any programs. Despite that, good. Departure after one night for health reasons.

Vacation with a dog? Grömitz Sweet Home 02

My husband and I were in Grömitz in May, but since our usual hotel where we always stay had no more available rooms, we had to look around and find another option. We found a beautiful small vacation apartment that is tastefully furnished. The small bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet (which is completely sufficient). The living room and open kitchen are in one room, where there is a sofa with a sleeping function, a television, a dining table, and as mentioned, the kitchen. Everything you need is available. The bedroom is large and nicely furnished. The terrace has a direct view of the garden (really very nice).

Accommodation is for 1 person quite sufficient for 2 people already a little narrow. The bathroom is quite small and rather something for slender people suitable otherwise it is already difficult. 2 hot plates are enough for a quick kitchen, it would be great if a mop would be available. And the terrace is great it would be better if this was completely fenced so our dog always had to be under observation because the gate could not be closed because of the cars of the other tenants who are also on the site and the large stones also complicate the entry and exit. We have nevertheless enjoyed the holiday very much unfortunately only too short.

Apartment 02 is quite small, absolutely sufficient for one person. However, in my opinion, the description should mention that the bathroom/shower is very tight (okay for slim people). The beach chair at the dog beach (included in the rental price) is simply great!
From my point of view, communication with the landlord leaves something to be desired. I communicated various shortcomings by email right after arrival (September 5, 2021) and have not received a response to date. My dog and I still enjoyed our vacation. Grömitz is simply magical!

Sehr schlechte Wohnung

Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty upon our arrival; we had to remove thick cobwebs and many spiders from all corners of the apartment behind the bed and sofa. The kitchen appliances were outdated, with the kettle burnt inside and unusable, and the pots were also outdated and had thick deposits inside, making it undesirable to cook food in them. The mattress on the right side was sunken in with a large hollow, and the shower cabin did not close properly, causing the bathroom to flood after each shower. Unfortunately, there were no garbage bags, toilet paper, or soap available in the apartment, which one would expect in a holiday rental. The bagless vacuum cleaner was extremely dirty on the inside. The area and the dog beach were great, with many shops and restaurants. Neighbors in apartment 01 also told us that their apartment was very dirty upon arrival, indicating a general cleanliness issue in the apartments. We would not book this holiday rental again as there are better options in the area.

Great vacation with Junior Dog

We were guests in the beautiful, very well-equipped and lovingly decorated apartment in September. The apartment is lovingly furnished and perfect for us as a family with a dog. Our dog could sleep excellently in the dog bed provided for us, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Upon arrival, the roller blind was defective, but after a short consultation with the agency and the landlord of the apartment, it was quickly repaired within a day! All I can say about this is top. We always drove to the dog beach by car, with a free beach chair, because we had too many things to carry to the beach on foot. Otherwise, the apartment is really great, it has everything you need for daily life, free Wi-Fi in the apartment! The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and very nice! We can really recommend the apartment with a clear conscience!!!

Dream vacation in a beautiful holiday apartment

Dear Buschjost family,
We knew your apartment from the year 2017. It was a beautiful week, and everything was great with the booking. Unfortunately, we had forgotten how great the area and this beautiful apartment were. We will definitely come back. The weather was favorable to us, so we could enjoy a lot of sun. It's a paradise for dogs. Our dog Tobby didn't want to get into the car for the return trip to Berlin. We enjoyed the fantastic dog beach with beach chairs. We wish you a good time. Warm greetings from Berlin.
