Description

The Villa Lavande offers a generous living experience. Whether you arrive in summer or in winter, our house is an ideal holiday accommodation for up to 4 people in southern France in any case represent.

You enter from the front terrace into the living area, the open kitchen with dining angliedert harmoniously.
The underfloor heating provides warmth on cooler days.

Our kitchen cooks among our guests every opportunity to put their culinary ambitions prove. You will find, among other things: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all standard appliances.

For entertainment and information you flat-screen TV with DVD player and free Internet are (W-LAN).

The Villa Lavande has two bedrooms. Situated to the garden bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and storage shelves. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet.
All four mattresses provide maximum sleeping comfort, which also applies to the quality and washable bedding. See thin quilts for those hot nights and warm for the winter months before.

At the entrance there is a small toilet, of course, but also the shower room, equipped with sink, towel racks and shelves, with an additional toilet is provided. An additional infrared heater you can not showering garden of flowering oleanders protects you from prying eyes, a large pine tree and an awning provide shade. High-quality garden chairs and loungers invite you to relax, a stainless steel grill completes the garden atmosphere.

The house is quiet as a final home in a detached building, about 50 square meters walk-in offer, your children and your dog vacation. You will be supported by our German house-site support.

Have you ever strolled through a typical southern French market and were just tired of sampling? Have you ever sat an entire morning at a sidewalk cafe and watched around the hustle and bustle?
All this and much more can be found here.
You forgot a little of your school French? Never mind, also with English and German can communicate anytime, anywhere. Otherwise, our home care to help you.
Now, when you close your eyes, you can see it, your southern French holiday dream: endless sandy beaches, a turquoise sea, dense pine forests, the smell of wild thyme and rosemary, houses in typical Mediterranean architecture and color scheme. The whole is rounded off in our idyllic garden with a glass of wine in one hand, and a corner of Camembert, Brie or Comté in the other hand.
Bienvenue and eyes again - you have arrived in Gruissan, a true jewel on the Mediterranean coast. Rightly one of the most beautiful place to the south of France. "Living like God in France" fall in Gruissan particularly easy. The place has what many coastal towns in the south of France would like to have: a troubled past, traces of which you can discover in the streets and at homes. This includes the old town of Gruissan-Village, which houses a circular wind around the old castle. This protected the 14th century, the port facility from Narbonne, left the ruins of the Tour Barberousse. From up there you can enjoy fantastic views of the Etangs, the salt, the vineyards in the coastal mountains Clape, but also the year-round snow-capped peaks of Pic Canigou, the lying already in Spain the highest peaks of the Pyrenees. With a little luck we might see flamingos in the salt pans or Etangs.
Gruissan-Plage, a pure seaside resort, boasts unique for this coastal region stilt (pilotis). These stilts are, now protected by a dam, right near the beach on the still growing Schwemmsandflächen. They served as the backdrop for the movie "Betty Blue - Degrees in the Morning". A touch of celebrity gets the place in that the actor Pierre Richard (from "The Tall Blond Man with One Black Shoe") maintains his estate here. It is open to visitors year-round open.

The modern Port of Gruissan port conveys Mediterranean flair and attracts with its many restaurants and boutiques the tourists.
Our Holiday Dream Villa Lavande is located in the residence Côte Sud II in the district Gruissan-Mateille. You can walk down Baker and a large and well-stocked supermarket.

Beautiful stay in Gruissan!

After Corona, or still in the midst of it, I decided to give my life a new turn. Since I was just about to retire and only home office was possible, I could finally realize my dream and move to southern France. As I had three French Bulldogs with me, I needed a house where we were welcome and felt comfortable. And that was exactly the "Villa Lavande" in a residence with a pool! The house is very nicely furnished, everything was/is in absolutely TOP condition, well-maintained, and with a lot of love for detail. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable. It is only 250m to the beach by the lagoon, the spacious dog beach is a dream! My bullies and I were just happy. The German landlords are a dream, warm, helpful, and made it possible for me to fulfill my desire to live in the south. Now this time in my "temporary" home sadly comes to an end. I am sure that every next guest, both two-legged and four-legged, will feel the same comfort from the very first moment! A thousand thanks again to my landlords :-)

More vacation home is hardly possible.

The furnishings of this holiday home leave nothing to be desired. Although we were lucky with the weather, we would love to come back in June or September when the Mediterranean invites swimming and not just walks, but without the large hustle and bustle of the peak season. However, there is one drawback: other vacationers have already realized how great the holiday home is, as a look at the booking calendar shows...

Lovingly furnished holiday home with really good amenities.

The vacation home is fully equipped. Almost like home :-)
The furnishings are high-quality and well-maintained. Clean. Plenty of storage space for everything. Thoughtful and not obvious little details are also considered, such as additional towels for the garden loungers.
The two terraces also invite you to linger comfortably.
Overall, the entire complex, including the pool, is well-kept. We are already planning our vacation for next year and hope that we will be able to spend it in the house again.

A dream

It was everything we had imagined. The furnishings were wonderful, dishwasher, washing machine - everything was there. And a very well-equipped kitchen to cook fantastically and enjoy the local products. We slept great and swam a lot - in the pool and in the sea. We will definitely come back!!!

Once again a very nice holiday experience

We spent two wonderful weeks for the second time in Villa Lavande in Gruissan. The house is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Villa Lavande - Feel-good house in the South of France

We (2 adults, 2 dogs) have already spent several holidays in this beautiful holiday home. The house is well equipped and spacious. There is plenty of storage space to really store everything you bring with you. It is clean and well maintained, the new box spring beds are very comfortable. The terrace is ideal for relaxing, fenced and escape-proof (important with our dogs), after a few laps in the pool (in the residence) it is only a few steps to the sunbeds on the terrace. What always brings us back to this house is the location. Whether for excursions into the surrounding area or to the great beaches in the Languedoc or the walks with the dogs along the promenade to the lagoon. The promenade along the lagoon takes you quickly to the harbour, and the centre of Gruissan is about 40 minutes away. The market in Gruissan is great and the restaurants are equally recommendable. high standard in perfect location

The Villa Lavande impresses with its first-class amenities: a super kitchen, a living room with underfloor heating, a top bathroom, and an extra guest toilet.
Anyone looking to explore the Languedoc, the Canal Du Midi, and the unique sandy beaches of the area from here... is exactly where they need to be: Lidl, Intermarché, beach, and harbor area with beautiful shops... everything is also within walking distance...

We have been there several times... and from the very first day we dedicate ourselves to all our photo appointments... these pictures were taken, for example, just 2 km in a straight line from Villa Lavande:

So a perfect starting point for all the highlights of the region: Rarely discovered is, for example, Lac Salagou...

Holiday apartment Gruissan

Ideally furnished vacation apartment, very quiet location, nothing is missing, there is even a hand truck for transporting the suitcases. Everything on one level, which is very rare, we can only recommend it further. We would love to come back.
