Description
The large living room on the ground floor has two designer leather sofas, a Scandinavian stove, satellite flat-screen TV with integrated DVD player, board games, books and maps and information material.
Of course, you have free internet (wireless).
The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven with oven function and all usual small appliances.
The dining area (table extendable) provides ample room for a meal.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with double bed and large wardrobe and a travel cot, the other furnished with two single beds, a small closet and a dresser. Both bedrooms each have a large vanity, from both of which enjoy Dünenblick!
In the lower floor is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
From the living room leads into our relaxation area with a log cabin sauna for up to 3 people.
Our house is located at the northern tip of the province of North Holland between Alkmaar and Den Helder, embedded in one of the best holiday parks in the Netherlands. The "Strandslag" park is designed with canals and small bridges, in the middle there is a bath and Spielsee as attraction for our younger guests. A barrier at the entrance of the Anlanger restricted to traffic to a minimum.
Our holiday dream is quiet in the border area of our residence on a plot of 300 square meters and is completely fenced, so our four-legged guests are welcome to join us, can not escape. Our garden is generously: Two terraces on the house and a seat in the rear garden area (evening sun) files directly to linger in good weather.

For tulips in April / May our dream vacation surrounded by brightly colored fields with millions of daffodils, tulips and other early bloomers. This sight, there is nowhere else in the world.

Closed holiday park directly behind the dunes with playgrounds and swimming pond, a small restaurant, tennis court and bike rental and mini golf. Julianadorp aan Zee is located directly behind the dunes of Julianadorp district. You reach the sea a few steps. In our resort you can rent bikes, buy in season rolls, mini golf and the younger guests will have fun on the trampoline.
Feast, enjoy & experience in North Holland
Shopping is fun in North Holland, particularly in Julianadorp. Page Aldi, Lidl, shopping centers Deen and Vomar, excellent bakers, an authentic cheese shop, a pharmacy, a bank and much more. Furthermore you can find in the village a dentist, prakt. Doctors and a veterinarian and their practices.
Julianadorp has for Gourmets lot. A pizzeria, a Chinese restaurant, a children's restaurant and cozy, typical Dutch pubs offer wholesome for every taste and every budget.
The park Strandslag you will also find a small restaurant and at the Dünenstraße you will also find. Our favorite is the beach restaurant open all year round "Paal Zes", enjoy outdoors but also inside the gorgeous sea view in front of you, in stormy weather also among them.
All of Holland is a cyclist's paradise. You know, of course, but perhaps you do not know our excellent network of roads. It leads through colorful fields of flowers in spring, through nature reserves and secluded dune slacks.
Dutch people love not only their wheels and their beach, but especially their dogs. They are tolerant and animals. Many German are therefore to be found in our area, because the fantastic scenery can be enjoyed on the beach with his four-legged friends here without spa card and no dog ban.
By the way: Dogs are negotiable in our house welcome guests!

Simply super!
This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful Ankerplatz holiday home with our two small dogs. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The garden is completely fenced in so that the dogs can play safely. The house is very tasteful and well furnished. A special highlight is the sauna. The contact with the owners is also friendly and problem-free, as is the handing over of the keys to the manager. We are already looking forward to the next time.

You can really feel at home here!
I have been going to Julianadorp with my dog for years now. For us, everything just fits there.
Now we have also booked this wonderful accommodation.
From the reservation to the stay to the departure, everything went like clockwork.
The house is very comfortably furnished and really lacks nothing.
The icing on the cake in bad weather is the sauna.
In good weather, the spacious garden and the weather-protected terrace are inviting.
The beach is within walking distance and there are great hiking trails on the way to Den Helder with forest, dunes and beach. What more could you want?
Many thanks to the Feld-Nüßler family and we would love to come again.

Wonderful relaxing holiday
we have been going to Julianadorp for years, this time we booked the anchorage with our young dog Smilla, a beagle, and we are thrilled, the beautiful garden, completely fenced in, our Smilla felt very comfortable from the start, the great furnished house, everything you need is there, neat and clean, we felt very comfortable from the beginning, the weather was good, we could have breakfast on the terrace almost every day, the proximity to the beach is ideal, good starting point for trips to Texel, to the lighthouse langer Japp, Schagen Thursday market, Alkmaar Friday cheese market, windmills and museums in Zaanse Schans, Bergen an Zee, Egmond aan Zee. North Holland is always worth a visit all year round. We love to come back.

Stilvolles , gemütliches Haus
We have already stayed in this house for the 3rd time and have felt very comfortable. I always look forward to the peace, the well-kept holiday park, and the short walk to the North Sea. Also ideal with a dog.

Wir und unsere Hunde haben uns die Woche wohl gefühlt .
Danke für die schöne Woche.
Nun haben wir auch noch diese wunderbare Unterkunft gebucht.
Von der Reservierung bis zum Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise hat alles wir am Schnürchen geklappt.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Das I-Tüpfelchen bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Sauna.
Bei gutem Wetter lockt der großzügige Garten und die wettergeschützte Terrasse.
Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und es gibt tolle Wanderstrecken auf dem Weg nach Den Helder mit Wald, Dünen und Strand. Was will man mehr.
Vielen Dank an Familie Feld-Nüßler und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Das Haus ist auch dafür phantastisch geeignet. Besonders angenehm war die Sauna, die wir nach langen Wanderungen 2x genutzt haben.
Unsere beiden Frenchies waren sofort wieder zu Hause und haben den Strand um diese Zeit genau wie wir sehr genossen.
Nochmal ein herzliches? Dankeschön für die unkomplizierte Möglichkeit der Urlaubsverlängerung, die wir gerne genutzt haben- am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben.
Auf Wiedersehen bis zum nächsten Mal- wir sind gespannt auf die geplanten Umbauten.

Die Sauna war mit 2 Euro für 100 Minuten mehr als o.k. Unser Hund Billy hat sich sofort heimisch gefühlt und die tollen Strandspaziergänge genossen.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben...
Gut erholt fahren wir heim und nehmen uns fest vor, dass wir wiederkommen. DANKE⚓
Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet.
In den Betten schläft es sich prima und bei offenem Fenster mit dem fernen Rauschen der Brandung.
Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir auf der Terrasse frühstücken.
Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum für das Gepäck. Ein Haus, in das man immer gern zurückkommt.
Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute rundum wohlgefühlt .
Mein Fazit ist, dass man sich in diesem Ferienhaus bei jeder Wetterlage wohlfühlen kann.
Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig mit einem liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Ein absolutes Highlight sit die komfortable Sauna, wir haben sie ausgiebig genutzt.
Den unkomplizierten Kontakt zum Vermieter fanden wir sehr angenehm, danke dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können den Ankerplatz nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Da es noch frisch war haben wir abends die Sauna genossen- wunderbar....
Auf den ersten Blick ist das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet, auch der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet.
ABER:
Sofas unbequem,
Außenbereich von zwei Seiten einsehbar, unpraktisch nach Saunabesuch.
Sauna läuft mit Münzbetrieb, der ist nur mit Zwei-Euro-Münzen möglich, benötigt mindestens 45 Minuten Vorheizzeit, für einen "normalen" Saunagang werden schnell 4 Euro fällig.
Als dies beim Vermieter bemängelt wurde, gabs nur ausweichende Antwort.
In der Anzeige ist der Münzbetrieb immer noch nicht angegeben.
Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen.
Auch wenn man mal keine Lust auf einen Ausflug hatte, konnte man es sich auf den Liegen im Garten gemütlich machen.
Für Saunagänger ist die hauseigene Saune eine absoluter Pluspunkt.
Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, da alles so harmonisch abgestimmt ist. In der Küche finden man alles in den Schränken , was man in einer Ferienunterkunft gar nicht vermutet möchte. Einfach super.
Der schöne Strand ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!
Die Küche ist mehr als nur ausreichend ausgestattet. Der eingezäunten Garten läd zum verweilen ein, so dass auch Eltern mit kleinen Kindern ihren Kaffee im grünen in Ruhe genießen können.
Es ist sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Sauna. Der Ferienpark ist toll zum spielen, spazieren und Vögel am See beobachten.
Der Garten ist traumhaft und bietet auch im Sommer ausreichend Schatten aber auch Sonnenecken.
Das Haus und der Garten ist auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet.
Wir haben jetzt schon zum 2. Mal mit unseren 2 Jungs (3+4 Jahre alt) in diesen Haus Urlaub gemacht.
Jedesmal war unser Urlaub sehr erholsam:
ein großer Spielplatz für sehr kleine und auch größere Kinder, ein toller Strand, der gut fußläufig zu erreichen ist, ein Einkaufscenter, das in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar ist und auch Tagesausflüge u.a. zur Insel Texel sind möglich.
Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen und empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100% weiter.

Die Abwicklung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Mailanfragen im Vorfeld wurden sehr schnell und kompetent beantwortet und die Übergabe des Schlüssels war sehr gut organisiert.
Die Gegend um Julianadorp bietet alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub mit Hund wünschen kann. Weitläufiger Kilometer langer Strand wo der Hund spielen kann, viele Wanderwege und selbst mit dem Rad kann man einige Kilometer durch die Dünen zurücklegen.
Das Häuschen liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Ostsee, direkt in einer Ferienanlage mit einer Minigolfplatz, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und einem kleinen Restaurant. Die Einkaufs- und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten sind in drei bis fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( Aldi, Deen, HEMA usw.)
Am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und freuen und jetzt schon auf die schönen Stunden.
Wir waren schon in der Ferienwohung der Familie Feld-Nüßler in Born auf dem Darß (und man erkennt sofort mit welcher Liebe zum Detail die Wohnung ausgestattet ist.
