Description
This holiday home has a living space of 72 sqm for up to 4 people. From the entrance you enter the hallway. Here you go directly into the newly renovated bathroom.
Then you come into the closed living-dining area and the open kitchen. This is equipped with a 5-zone ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven in the tall cupboard, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room is a comfortable couch, a HD TV with German satellite channels and üver Ziggo you can also receive Dutch television. The two existing Schlfzimmer have each a new box spring bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. A small storage incl. washing machine is also available. Through a large sliding door you reach the 6 meter wide terrace. This is roofed. There you can enjoy the garden furniture and a lounge corner. At the end of the garden is a barbecue corner with solid ground. The garden is completely fenced. At the house is a parking space for the car.

In the bungalow park of de Keizerskroon are two fishing ponds, a football field and a restaurant.
Shopping facilities are available in de Riepel with various shops and a supermarket.
Lidl has just built a brand new branch.
Another shopping centre is "Dorperwerth".
The way to the beach is on foot or by bike (about 1-2km), there are two stairways.

Holiday with a dog
We spent 2 weeks in the cozy holiday home. It is beautifully furnished, there was nothing missing! The location is very quiet. The garden is fenced. We felt very comfortable, we will gladly come back!

Alles tip top!
Wir haben 1 Woche in dem sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht.
Hier fühlt man sich wirklich wohl und es wurde an alles gedacht.
Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar, die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Herbst wenn wir wieder hier sein dürfen.

Relaxing holiday with dog
The house is cosy and furnished with much love.
There is really everything you need in a holiday home - especially the kitchen equipment is excellent.
We were there with 2 adults and our dog and had more than enough space for everything, including storage for the bikes and the dog trailer. Since the property is completely fenced, you can let the dog run in the garden without having to worry. The kilometre-long, beautiful sandy beach is easily accessible on foot and by bike. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

Herrlicher Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in einem sehr gemütlichen, sauberen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus bot ausreichenden Platz für uns, - Familie mit 1 Kind und Hund -, und bot alles, was man halt so braucht. Jedenfalls haben wir nichts vermisst. Unseren nächster Urlaub, sollte der uns wieder nach Nordholland führen, werden wir nach Möglichkeit wieder in der Keizerskroon 98 verbringen.

Tolles Häuschen
Wir haben mit unseren zwei hunden eine tolle Woche gehabt. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird selbst an Hundedecken wurde gedacht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist gemütlich. Wir werden es wiederholen.

Tolles Häuschen
Liebe Familie Heinze,
wir haben uns in Ihrem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Komplett-Paket hat einfach gestimmt.
Wir haben ein sehr geschmackvoll & gemütlich eingerichtetes, sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden… In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten und vieles darüber hinaus. Auch der Kontakt zu Ihnen war sehr nett.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir haben mit Kind und Hund eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schicken Haus, das hervorragend ausgestattet ist,verbracht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Alles im Haus ist auf dem neustem Stand. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, die für alles gesorgt haben. Der Park ist sehr sauber und man kann alles gut mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß erreichen. Strand, Fahrradverleih, Kanu- Verleih, Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.
