Description
Beautiful holiday villa in the middle of the picturesque landscape of inland Istria. The house has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend the holidays together. It is new and modernly furnished and the complete facilities offer the comfort you need for your vacation. The ground floor houses a large kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms, one of them adapted for disabled people (wheelchair accessible, with electric nursing bed if desired, which we provide free of charge). On the first floor there are 6 more double rooms and an additional single room. Each bedroom with bathroom (shower/WC), one of which has a corner bath, offers pure luxury. On the gated and beautifully landscaped property, a 36 m² swimming pool with outdoor shower invites you to cool off. There is also a large 5 m² cooling chamber available on the terrace so you have enough space to cool your drinks and food. There is also a stone grill in the garden where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and in a natural setting.
The house is a good starting point for trips to the well-known tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec. All of Istria can be explored in 25 minutes by car. Near the villa there are numerous farms and family homes offering authentic dishes and experiences.
We invite you to come to Cere, a village whose church dates back to 1630, and enjoy the nature and greenery of Istria in the group holiday home Villa August, just 25 minutes from all the coasts of the Istrian peninsula.

Almost every town and settlement in Istria has a long history and numerous monuments that testify to it. Istria's largest city, Pula, is so rich in historical sites and monuments, from the must-see Arena to the Arch of Sergius, Temple of Augustus, Nezakci, catacombs and fortification system. But don't stop in Pula. Visit Monkodonja near Rovinj, the Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč, the Danse Macabre in Berm or medieval castles and fortresses in Dvigrad, Svetvinčent, Pazin, Pula, Momjan, Buzet...
If you're interested in more history, follow the trail of dinosaurs through Cape Kamenjak, Barbariga and Bale. And let this encourage you to explore other natural beauties of Istria. Visit the Brijune National Park or the Učka Nature Park. Climb the Ćićarija or take a look into the Baredine Cave... The famous peculiarity of Istria is precisely that it combines two completely different tourist experiences in a relatively small area - coastal towns and the coast, known as Blue Istria, and that Inland, Green Istria continental part.

Pool, Patio, and a Fridge for Days
We had a very nice time at Lovro's house and in Istria in general. We were 22 and the house was good for us. The rooms are big and with everything we need. We specially appreciated the pool, the outside large wooden tables and the very big fridge. The only thing we would change is little bigger kitchen, although new electric cooking stove and dishwasher were great!

Beautiful time at Villa August – 4 out of 5 ? ? ? ?
Our stay at Villa August was very positive. The booking process went smoothly, and the landlord was extremely friendly and flexible. The quiet, idyllic location with a view of the greenery was perfect for relaxation, and the villa offered plenty of space for our group of 18 people. The rooms with private bathrooms were particularly convenient, and the facilities were well-suited for large groups. The cooling house in the outdoor area was very helpful, and the overall cleanliness was acceptable. Some improvements would be sensible: The vacuum cleaner is quite loud and old, the slatted frames in some beds could be sturdier, and a more modern coffee machine (for large groups) as well as a better dishwasher would be welcome. The grill or grilling equipment could also use a little update, but we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings for relaxed barbecue evenings.
There were plenty of parking spaces, and the children had a lot of room to play. The Villa August is a charming, cozy home, ideal for a larger group that appreciates peace and nature. Overall, a great 4-star experience!

A very well-maintained vacation home
The house offers plenty of space for a larger group. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. In the outdoor area, the property offers many ways to keep busy, with a trampoline, table tennis, and foosball next to the pool. Lovro was available around the clock and fulfilled all requests. We would love to come back!
