House Riccio.
Natural stone made house, covered with climbing Jasmine, ivy and roses.
4 rooms house (build in the 16th century, renovated in 1993 and renewed 2014) on 2 floors, with many old furnitures and paintings. Cotto’s floor. Kitchenwares. Personal heating.
On the ground floor: living room with vaulted ceiling and dining/kitchen-room with open fireplace.
On the first floor: 1 double bedroom with fireplace and ceiling with exposed beams, bedroom with 3 beds. Bathroom with shower/tub and washing machine.
Outside: dining table with chairs, big beach umbrella with deckchair and sun loungers. Closed big garden. Electric gate. Covered parking. Table tennis. Bicycles. Kids games. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer. Vacuum cleaner. Drying rack. Fan.

Restored farmhouse of the 16 th century made of natural stone.
In a fenced garden plot (circa 6000 m2) close to the medieval village, there are, in a restored farm, two independent houses with own gardenpart, minimum weekly to rent. Castellaro Lagusello (Mantova) is a romantic village closed inside his medieval walls near a small lake in Moraine Hills in the south of Lake Garda. 380 inhabitants. It is about 12-15 km from Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione, two sites directly at the Lake Garda.

Water park with 2 pools and lawn 5 km. Lake Garda beach 10 km. 5 golf clubs within 3-20 km. Amusement parks 15 km. The area is wonderful for cycling. Beautiful hiking trails on Monte Baldo (2230 m), also accessible by cable car and chairlift. Several wine cellars in the surrounding area. In addition to the traditional weekly markets, which take place in almost all villages, there are also special markets in every season, such as the particularly popular flea markets (antiques, etc.). Several outlets with fashion Made in Italy in the area; in January and July there are especially good sales (from 100 m to 10-20 km away). Holiday home in the beautiful hinterland of Lake Garda
The location of the holiday home between Sirmione and Mantua is perfect for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda. From here, you can take many beautiful excursions (Brescia, Salo, Vicenza, Mantua, Verona, etc.). But the smaller towns in the area are also definitely worth a visit (Valeggio sul Mincio, Solferino, Borghetto). Castellaro Lagusello itself is very idyllic and offers good restaurants. The holiday home is well-maintained, the landlords are very nice, and our dogs were welcome. What more could one want! For us, it was the perfect vacation.

Perfect family holiday house
I had a wonderful stay here in July with my husband, two small children (aged 1 and 3) and my parents-in-law. The house was just perfect for our family, full of gorgeous furniture and there was plenty of space outside for the children to play and adults to sit and enjoy the fabulous garden. The stairs were not a problem as another reviewer suggested, and while we were there the hosts were making a gate for the stairs so it won't be a problem for future guests either. There's plenty of covered parking which is a bonus in hot weather!
The location was perfect, in the centre of the village and a short walk to several good restaurants and bars. The hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind, with plenty of tips about the local area and they even managed to find a paddling pool for the children. The landlady's English was excellent. We loved staying here and hope to come and stay again one day!

Super holiday - gladly again
The property is located in the middle of a small, charming village. The garden of the house is just wonderful and perfect for relaxing. You have to drive to the bathing and supermarket, but we didn't mind. (approx. 10 min). The location is ideal for all kinds of activities
- City trips, e.g. to Verona, Milan, Venice, smaller towns around Lake Garda)
- Bathing/water sports on Lake Garda
- Cycling, hiking etc.
- Amusement parks (e.g. Gardaland, water parks...)
Very nice landlords who were always helpful and gave great insider tips. The landlady speaks very good German! We felt comfortable in this hospitable atmosphere!

Simply beautiful
The house and the garden were a dream. Very peaceful with a great garden, the hosts are very helpful and nice, but never intrusive. You can really ride bikes in the area, but it is also a good starting point for trips to Verona, Lake Garda, Mantua, and even Venice. The place is lovely and pleasantly quiet, with nice restaurants and bars. Here, you really feel like you are in Italy!
(Not suitable for families with young children, as the staircase to the 1st floor is quite steep) OG is open.

Very good!
We had wonderful days at the Riccio House. We were especially impressed by the warmth and helpfulness of the landlords. We will definitely come back, and then definitely for a longer stay!!
