Idyllically situated former fisherman's house, which was completely renovated in 2014, for up to 3 adults and 1 child. The detached house has 58 sqm of living space and a large garden with orchard for sole use
The property is located in the small village of Karnin on the island of Usedom with a view of the Peenestrom and Stettiner Haff.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the old village centre with a direct view of the Peene River. The flat has electric heating, a fireplace, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a separate bedroom with a double bunk bed as well as a functional bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped as a kitchen-living room. In each room at least 1 window is equipped with an insect screen. There is a separate exit from the house to a huge meadow directly on the Peene River
The detached house is surrounded by a property of approx. sqm, which is available to our guests for their sole use. Karnin is a small village in the Usedomer Winkel, situated directly on the Peenestrom on the side of the island of Usedom facing the mainland. Nestled in a picturesque landscape, Karnin offers enchanting impressions in every season. Enjoy the view of the Szczecin Lagoon, walk along wide meadows and fields and breathe the fresh clear air.
Karnin has its own small harbour with marina.

Tag vor Reisebeginn 50 % danach 80 % des vereinbarten Mietpreises. Eine Stornierung ist uns stets schriftlich anzuzeigen. Wir werden uns natürlich nach Kräften bemühen, das Ferienobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten, um den Schaden so gering wie möglich zu halten.

The holiday home was renovated in 2014. The rental price includes all additional costs for water, heating, electricity, firewood, parking space and the use of barbecue and garden furniture.
For the optional linen package (bed linen, towels, kitchen towels) EUR 10 per guest will be charged. An in-between is possible at any time on request. Parking is convenient and free of charge directly at the house

On request, we will be happy to arrange the provision of rental bicycles for you.

Super nice accommodation
We were totally thrilled with this little house with this beautiful garden! All I have to say about my son is that the Wi-Fi is unfortunately not good. He always had to go up the hill. :-) You have to go to the bathing area by car or by bike. Everything was very uncomplicated there and Mr Berner was very nice. You could hear the horses, the geese and the chickens. Simply beautiful!!!
We would like to come back again!

We had absolutely nothing to complain about!!!
We had a wonderful vacation in a cute and very cosy house on a beautiful, well-maintained property with old fruit trees. Super equipped kitchen and everything very clean and tidy. We didn't miss anything!!! Even the weather played along with us. From Karnin, you can easily get anywhere by car. The harbor is very pretty and the strawberry punch is really recommended. We will come back next year with friends. Thank you very much!!!

Jederzeit wieder!
Dann gebe ich mal die erste Bewertung hier ab. Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende im Ferienhaus und auf Usedom verbracht. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse absolut in Ordnung, alles vorhanden was das Urlauberherz begehrt, sauber, ordentlich! Unser Hund sowie unser Kleinkind haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten spielen und auf der Wise toben. Wir werden hier definitiv nochmal urlauben, das nächste Mal vielleicht zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit :)
