I think that's a good way to describe the holiday. In the extremely beautiful holiday flat, which offers everything you need.
We felt really comfortable. The location is good, a little away from the lively/party town of Medulin, but easy to reach on foot, by bike, by car or by tourist train. The surrounding countryside is also worth seeing. The own beach with sunbeds under the shady pine trees is easy to reach from the houses, always clean, and there is also a small bar with snacks around the corner. The access to the water was not always free of complaints, but that is the coast in Croatia, there is a pebble beach and also a sandy beach for those who want to go a little further. The water was clear and clean.
The Barthl family is super nice and they always have a surprise in store.
We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Beautiful holiday apartment with very friendly landlords.
We had a relaxing vacation as a family in this beautiful, very clean vacation apartment. The short distance to the private beach, including beach chairs with shaded areas, is a big plus. The very friendly landlord was always available for us and personally cared about our well-being.

Top holiday house by a super friendly landlord.
The house is in excellent new condition. It has two entrances that separate the ground floor from the upper floor. It also offers new, tasteful furniture and is super clean. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool at all times, and the incomparably friendly landlord makes the holiday perfect. At the beach, there is a private area where you always have your own loungers with plenty of shade available. This is especially pleasant with small children. Thank you very much for this wonderful vacation, we highly recommend the accommodation.

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienvilla
The spacious holiday villa is very well-maintained and very clean. The private beach with beach loungers was very pleasant, always guaranteeing a shady spot right on the beach.
