Location and surroundings of object
Luitharz is a small district of Immenstadt at 870 m above sea level, surrounded by meadows and forests with great views of the mountains.
Many hiking trails lead directly from the house into the surrounding area - into the Bergstätt area, to the large Alpsee lake and to many alpine pastures. You can hike directly from our house (870 m altitude), in the midst of pure and healthy mountain air, surrounded by meadows and forests and an incredible view of the Allgäu mountains. At the end of your tour, we recommend stopping in Akams at the cosy inn "Zum Lustigen Hirsch" with Allgäuer delicacies.
We are located in the middle of the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region with a wide range of leisure and excursion options. Our house is the ideal starting point for mountain and bicycle tours, wonderful hikes, skiing and many other activities - in summer and winter.
Sporty, culturally interested or simply "ready for the island"? Look for and find the right kind for your relaxation and recreation here!
In just a few minutes you can reach the large Alpsee lake, which offers numerous water sports opportunities. The Niedersonthofener See and the Inselsee with its water skiing facility are also within 10 minutes.

Great view of the Alps!
We spent 12 days over Christmas and New Year 2019/2020 with the whole family at the Sonnenhäusle. The most beautiful thing is definitely the view of the mountains and the nature around the house. Hiking in nature was naturally the daily highlight. Although we were unlucky with the weather, mostly rain and no snow, there are plenty of other opportunities for leisure activities. We were surprised to find out that a basket of firewood and the use of the washing machine are additional charges, which were not listed on the website. The musty-smelling basement with a bedroom and bathroom is advertised on the website as a "lower ground floor," but it is clearly a basement structurally. Until our departure, we did not receive a guest card, even though we paid for all family members. Hospitality looked different to us. There is only one review on this website since the establishment of the property 5 years ago?

Very nice holiday home in a central location in the Allgäu region
We spent a very nice week in the Sonnenhäusle in Immenstadt. The house is fully equipped, including the kitchen. Even in bad weather you can stay well thanks to the open fireplace. The landlady is very nice and helpful. It was a great holiday!
