The cottage (50 m²) is new and comfortable. On the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds (satellite TV). In addition, the ground floor bathroom with shower / WC, kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, the dining area and the living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, Micro system and games and Bü OG the second bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and another TV. From Wohraum the ground, the sliding door leads to the sun terrace and small garden with summer house (barbecue, 2 bikes, mattresses for garden furniture, beach products, parasols, badminton, etc.).
We have next to this house two more cottages (, identical 2 bedroom, no. 14691 3 bedroom). Perhaps that is an alternative if this is busy, or you want to rent a second or third home for friends, family?

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the holiday park Aquadelta on the peninsula Schouwen-Duiveland on Grevelingenmeer and right next to the fishing village Bruinisse. The park is child friendly, quiet with lots of green and small waters. He has, among many play areas for children of all ages (tennis, mini golf, squash, indoor playground) 2 restaurants, a supermarket, bicycle hire, and an indoor swimming pool (for a fee).
After Bruinisse it is only a short walk. There is a port, a small museum, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and nice little Geschä Grevelingenmeer in the immediate vicinity offers many water sports, with its marina and its small beaches (sailing, surfing, diving, swimming) .In the surrounding area, through the meadows and along the dikes can go cycling or visit small towns like Zierikzee. Even the North Sea beach is not far.

The fourth time! And not the last time. As usual, everything more than perfect, already booked for 2027.
As in the last THREE times, the processing and check-in at the tastefully and neatly furnished house of Mrs. Lange-Schneider was smooth. We were even recognized during check-in and warmly greeted again by Mr. Capelle. Nothing was missing; on the table lay informational material about the park and the surroundings. Everything needed for a pleasant, relaxing stay was available, and with the perfect cozy furnishings, it felt like coming home. Therefore, it was clear to us that we would book again for next year. If one doesn't feel like going to the North Sea, there are beautiful spots right by the Grevelingenmeer. The marina, Bruinisse, and the Grevelingendam are nice excursion destinations. The whole area around the park is wonderful and invites you to take a walk or explore by bike. The indoor swimming pool in the park is also very clean and tidy. If you don't feel like cooking yourself or going out, you can also eat very well at the restaurant in the park or grab fries and more to take away at the snack bar. If you forget something, you will surely find it in the small supermarket, and in the morning from 8 a.m. there are also fresh rolls available there. The farewell has been very difficult for us even after the fourth time. We are already looking forward to the next vacation, to be guests in Mrs. Lange-Schneider's house.

Another great stay with extremely nice and helpful landlords.
We were guests at the Lange-Schneider family for the second time this year.
What can one say? The house was familiar to us, and it felt like coming home. The tastefully furnished house leaves you no choice but to feel comfortable. And that is exactly what we did.
In addition to the very appealing ambiance, the Lange-Schneider family always shows a very warm side. . . be it the interaction with the children, the willingness to help when one needed assistance, or simply the invitation to sit comfortably with them.
We have hardly experienced such a warm manner anywhere else as we have here. And exactly that made it impossible not to book the next vacation already.
Our stay was a few days ago, but we still think of the beautiful time, and these positive thoughts carry us until the next vacation. Already now, the children and we can hardly wait to be back there next year.
All thumbs up and of course a full score for the house, facilities, ambiance, but above all for the personal hospitality. Always gladly...

Everything's great
We felt very comfortable here. The house is really equipped with everything one can think of. Nothing was missing. Super clean. We can definitely recommend it. There was nothing to complain about. Very nice landlords.

A great little house, super well-kept, cozy and lovingly furnished.
Everything is very clean.
We are in Aqua Delta for the 3rd year in a row and the 1st time in this house. We like it so much that we booked for next year just one day after our arrival. The Lange - Schneider family is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always reachable by email. We are already looking forward to the next vacation here!

We have been coming to Bruinisse for the 7th year now. We have never had such a well-equipped and above all clean house.
It was the first time I didn't have to clean the bathroom before someone used it. Everything your heart desires is available here and comfortably furnished.
You don't have to do the dishes right after breakfast, as there is enough tableware available.
Very nice landlords with excellent communication!
We will definitely come back.

Was soll man da sagen? Das Haus war uns bekannt und es fühlte sich an, als käme man nach Hause. Das stimmig eingerichtete Haus lässt einem keine andere Wahl, als sich wohl zu fühlen. Und genau das haben wir getan.
Neben dem sehr ansprechendem Ambiente zeigt sich Familie Lange-Schneider auch immer von einer äußerst herzlichen Seite... sei es der Umgang mit den Kindern, die Hilfsbereitschaft, wenn man mal Hilfe brauchte oder einfach auch mal die Einladung, sich gemütlich zu ihnen zu setzen.
Wir haben eine solche herzliche Art kaum an einem anderen Ort so erfahren dürfen wie hier. Und genau das ließ es nicht anders zu, als bereits den nächsten Urlaub zu buchen.
Unser Aufenthalt ist zwar schon ein paar Tage her, aber wir denken immer noch an die schöne Zeit und diese positiven Gedanken tragen uns auch bis zum nächsten Urlaub. Schon jetzt können die Kinder und wir es kaum abwarten, im nächsten Jahr wieder da zu sein.
Alle Daumen hoch und natürlich eine volle Punktzahl für Haus, Ausstattung, Ambiente, aber vor allem auch der persönlichen Gastfreundschaft. Immer wieder gerne...
Alles ist sehr sauber.
Wir sind das 3. Jahr in Folge in Aqua Delta und das 1. Mal in diesem Haus. Es gefällt uns so gut dass wir einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben. Fam. Lange - Schneider ist so unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub hier!
Wir kommen jetzt das 7. Jahr nach Bruinisse. Noch nie hatten wir so ein top ausgestattetes und vorallem sauberes Haus.
Es war das erste mal,wo ich nicht erstmal das Bad reinigen musste bevor es jmd benutzt. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist hier vorhanden und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Man muss auch nicht direkt nach dem Frühstück spülen,da genügend Geschirr vorhanden ist.
Sehr nette Vermieter mit prima Kommunikation!
Definitiv werden wir wiederkommen.

Einzig was in dem Haus fehlt sind Insektenschutzfenster für die Mücken. Hatte zwar Mückenschutzspray dabei . Aber ein Fliegengitter wäre schön .

Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, es gibt Ziele und Restaurants für alle.

Es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Umgeben von altem Baumbestand, vergisst man, dass man in einer Ferienanlage ist.
Ausflugsvorschläge sind reichlich vorhanden - eine nette Geste!

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass man vor allem draußen gemütlich und abgeschirmt sitzen konnte.
Wenn man jedoch durch den Garten rausgegangen ist, war man direkt auf der großzügig angelegten Spielwiese.
Auch das Park-Zentrum (kleiner Supermarkt, Spielehaus, Imbiss, Schwimmbad etc.) und die kleine Badebucht sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Lediglich der Ort Bruinisse konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen. Uns fehlten kleine Geschäfte zum Bummeln oder Restaurants und Cafes zum Verweilen. Letztere musste man im kleinen Dorf richtig suchen, so dass wir lieber abends auf unserer Terrasse gegrillt haben.
Dieses Haus mit diesem Park neben einem etwas belebteren Ort wäre perfekt.
Aber auch so hatten wir mit unseren Kindern einen tollen Urlaub.
Gerade der Indoorspielplatz, sowie Luftkissen und Seilbahn haben es unseren Kindern angetan.
Meine erwachsenen Kinder und der Hund haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist schön u.a. zum Grillen und Sonnen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich regelmäßig persönlich um die Pflege des Hauses. Man kommt an und der Urlaub kann sofort beginnen. Der Park bietet alles was man zum Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, kommen wieder.
