Description
Spacious house with lots of space for big and small:
barrier-free ground floor with: Kitchen, living-dining area, conservatory with reading corner, a double bedroom and a shower room with sauna.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, egg boiler, spices and much more, you will miss almost nothing!
In the living area with fireplace you will find a flat screen TV, a stereo radio with CD and a DVD player.
Of course, there is also a telephone and free Wi-Fi access.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with balcony, a shower room and a living room with sofa bed and TV.
For our little guests there is a cot (60x130), a travel cot, a changing table, 2 high chairs and a trolley.
Washing machine and dryer are in the technical room, garden furniture, deckchairs and beach chair are on the terrace.
In the garden house there is an electric barbecue, firewood and bicycles can also be stored there.

The house is located in the lowest row of a holiday home settlement directly on the Achterwasser. The unobstructed, magnificent panoramic view over the nature reserve to the Achterwasser and the Zinnowitz marina gave the house its name.
UTKIEK=view. The 705-year-old Zinnowitz, with its 160 years of seaside life, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, at Usedom's narrowest point, the resort is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests. the island and also the location of our house are particularly suitable for cyclists. Our guests can also explore the island with the Usedom Bäderbahn. We also like to combine train and bicycle.

We, the Hofmann family, have furnished our holiday home in such a way that we would prefer to live there ourselves. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Therefore, we rent out to guests who will hopefully share our love for the quiet corner and the beautiful holiday home. Our aim is to make our guests feel completely at home.
