Description
The well known family seaside resort of Oostkapelle, near Domburg, lies the small bungalow park Bos & Duin. The splendid location by the North Sea beach and adjoins a unique, wooded dune area the settlement to a wonderful destination for your sea and beach holiday.
There were many possibilities abound here, such as Terra Maris in Oostkapelle and the Het Arsenaal attractions center in Vlissingen. Bos & Duin is also the ideal starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling.
In the period from May to September you can use our beach hut with chairs and a windshield. This beach cottage is located at the dog beach at Paviljoen Berkenbosch.
In our House in wheelchairs and persons with reduced mobility enjoy the comfort and luxury.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located 1/4 h from Oostkapelle and is within walking distance to the beach in the holiday park Bos & Duin. Opposite on the Vroonweg is the restaurant Bosschhoek. 4km away is Domburg. Larger cities in the area are Middelburg and Vlissingen.
Oostkapelle is a small quiet holiday resort. In the village there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher and fishmonger. In the village are several restaurants. Near the beach is a Pommes and a fish stall. On the beach, you can sit quietly in four beach cafes.
Oostkapelle is located on the island Walcheren. Walcheren offers a long coastal and nature area (22 km). Oostkapelle also offers magnificent marked cycling and walking routes along the forest, sea and beach.
Some sights
Deltapark Neeltje Jans definitely worth a visit. Children can watch sea animals, experience a spectacular water attraction and get acquainted with the delta works.
Do you love big cities? Do not you want to go for a walk? You can discover Middelburg by boat. Take a tour of the canals of Middelburg to discover this fantastic city. A guided tour takes about 40 minutes.
Would you like to know how a real classic steam train travels? In Goes, you can take a ride on a 30th-century steam train. At that time there was a difference between the first, second and third class and we still make that difference! With this steam train you cross the beautiful Zealand landscape!
On the boulevard of Vlissingen you will have fun. On one side you meet Seeheld Michiel de Ruijter, on the other side you hear the wind organ. If you go from one side to the other, you will come across many restaurants and terraces along the way. The "Arsenaal" is definitely worth a visit. This thematic center has everything to do with pirates and marine life. The Crow's Nest (part of the "Arsenaal") offers a magnificent view of the sea. classification

Modern furnished rooms with lots of light, next to the terrace. A spacious and comfortable living room with a 2 seater sofa, armchairs and a 4 seater dining room. Equipped with a LED TV with cable / satellite, CD player, iPod player, DVD player and internet access.
The house has a tiled floor, almost barrier-free.
The living room is equipped with central heating and wood stove.

2 Bedrooms; the downstairs bedroom is equipped with a sink, two high-low beds with Tempur mattresses and a ceiling lift. Also here is a Led TV and DVD player.
The second bedroom upstairs has 2 beds. In all rooms is enough storage space.

1 bathroom on the ground floor, a toilet with folding bar, shower, sink and washer / dryer. Bathroom suitable for wheelchair users.

A fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Senseo and gourmet set available.
Garden
The living room is next to a private garden with a terrace and sun protection. Fully paved garden with raised borders. Gasbarbeque available. The park is car-free, you can park your car in our private parking.
Park facilities
In the vicinity of Park you will find various facilities. For little children you will find playgrounds and sandpit. The closed sports field, table tennis and mini golf course offer plenty of entertainment. In several restaurants near the park you are always welcome for an ice cream, a drink or a delicious dinner. Many other facilities are nearby.
Beach
In the period of May / September you can use our cabin on the beach, equipped with seating and a windbreak. This hut is located on the dog beach at the Dünenübergang Berkenbosch.

Disabled people can visit us for a fantastic holiday in Zeeland. In our cottage also wheelchair users and persons with reduced mobility can enjoy the comfort and luxury.
There are virtually no thresholds in the house and all doors are at least 80 cm wide.

Great hosts
Unfortunately, we were unable to start our weekend at Bos & Duin 32 due to the current Covid regulations. We had to cancel our trip at short notice. The Mulder family reacted incredibly understanding and accommodating in this situation. We received a full refund. This response, which is far from obvious, once again confirmed to us that we have found very courteous and friendly hosts in the Mulder family. We hope and look forward to being able to make up our vacation at Bos & Duin soon.

My sister especially liked the Cadweazle ;-)
We booked for the first time and were 100% satisfied. The great location and proximity to the beach were our daily highlight. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it. My sister especially liked cadweazle ;-) she could go to the beach every day and was completely independent. She really enjoyed this freedom.

getting along quite well in a wheelchair
Hello Mulder family,
I finally have the chance to tell you that we really enjoyed our vacation in your house. I managed quite well in the wheelchair with my husband. However, I didn't dare to use the beach wheelchair. Too bad. But I was too scared.
The weather was also great.
I hope you were satisfied with us as well, and we can book your house again.

We are Bert and Helma Mulder. Married since 19 December 1985. We have three grown children and live in Houten (12 km from Utrecht). In July 2006 Bert suffered from a thrombosis at C2 high incomplete spinal cord injury. But Bert is bound to the wheelchair with a Vivo 50 fan. When Helma is a nurse, she needs most of the nursing herself. In 2011 we sold our own company and we had the opportunity to go on vacation a bit more. After we realized that there are only a few real wheelchair accessible holiday homes available. Especially for people with severe disabilities it is very difficult to find a suitable holiday address for them. Many people told us that they have not been on vacation for many years. Due to the fact that a customized holiday brings some problems, we have therefore adapted our apartment in Oostkapelle.
