Description
You live on the first floor in a lovingly renovated villa in seaside architecture style, in a quiet and central location. The beach is only about 100 metres away. The flat is 39 square metres in size and is furnished with Scandinavian country house furniture. The modern bio-fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. It offers a total of two sleeping places (140x200) in the living area. The floors are laid with rustic country house floorboards and tiles. In the separate bathroom, which is only accessible to you and is located next to the flat, there is a WC, a shower and a heated towel rail. A beautiful balcony, facing southwest, invites you to linger. Delicious food can be prepared on the large outdoor barbecue. You will find a separate parking space behind the villa. Bicycles can be stored
The equipment of the holiday flat Koje leaves nothing to be desired. This includes WLAN, LED TV, DVD player, DVD movies, CD radio, books, fridge with freezer compartment, induction plates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more
On the grounds of the villa there are four further accommodation units (2x2 sleeps, 1x4 sleeps, 1x6 sleeps) with a total of 14 further sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

The Baltic seaside resort of Heringsdorf is one of the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The "Ostseetherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
There are cultural attractions for every taste. Just mention the "Chapeau Rouge" theatre tent or the spa concerts on the promenade.

Cozy atmosphere under the roof
I had a wonderful stay in the cabin. It had everything I needed. Clean. Warm. And friendly. The way to the beach is short. The bakery and a pizzeria around the corner, and also the supermarkets are not far. I arrived by train, and the way to the Neuhof train station is uncomplicated and easy, about 10-15 minutes on foot. The location is quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful holiday apartment
Good location to the beach. Room size is pleasant. Equipment is good. Recommended also for active retirees.
Cozy bike tours on the promenade from Bansin to Swinoujście are possible.
Exciting nature-related bike tours into the Usedom hinterland are highly recommended.

relaxing beach vacation
small sweet apartment with beautiful new balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun, just a few minutes walk to the beach, the supermarket is also very close. We felt very comfortable. Everything was fine.
