You live on the first floor in a lovingly renovated villa in seaside architecture style, in a quiet and central location. The beach is only about 100 metres away. The flat is 51 sqm large and equipped with modern furniture. The small bio-fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. It offers a total of two sleeping places (double bed 140x200) in the separate bedroom. The floors are laid with rustic country house floorboards and tiles. The modern bathroom has a bidet, a shower, a bathtub and a heated towel rail. A spacious open balcony veranda, facing southeast, invites you to linger. Delicious food can be prepared on the large outdoor barbecue. You will find a separate parking space behind the villa. Bicycles can be stored
The equipment of the holiday flat Kajüte leaves nothing to be desired. This includes WLAN, LED TV, DVD player, DVD movies, books, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more
On the grounds of the villa there are four further accommodation units (2x2 sleeps, 1x6 sleeps, 1x4 sleeps) with a total of 14 further sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

The "Ostseetherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.

Location, Location, Location
The location is outstanding. The service leaves nothing to be desired. We found a clean apartment. The bed could be wider. The balcony boards creaked.

Directly on the beach
The location is perfect, beautiful old villa, room furnishings are okay, from the balcony you can hear the sea. But... the dishes seemed partly like from a flea market, the pots are so old that they actually don't belong on the stove. The worst, however, was the mattress, extremely thin and worn out, sorry but that's not acceptable and I am a slim person! And the garbage can smelled so bad that I had to put it on the balcony. It's a shame, these are things that shouldn't happen, and unfortunately make the rating so bad.

Nice little apartment near the beach
The apartment in an old holiday villa is very pretty and equipped with everything you need for a few days at the Baltic Sea. The location to the beach is very good, in a few minutes you are at the water. The parking spaces belonging to the apartments are also very helpful, as otherwise paid parking spaces in Heringsdorf would have to be booked.
