Description
You live on the ground floor in a lovingly renovated villa in seaside architecture style, in a quiet and central location. The beach is only about 100 metres away. The flat is 129 square metres in size and is furnished with rustic Scandinavian furniture. It offers a total of six sleeping places. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (200x200) and a bunk bed (2x 90x200). In the enclosed veranda you can rest on a double bed (140x200). A large built-in fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. The floors are covered with rustic Mediterranean tiles. In the modern bathroom there is an experience shower and a whirlpool to relax in. Furthermore, there is a small separate guest toilet. Two light-flooded verandas invite you to linger. On two spacious terraces you can enjoy the extensive property. Delicious food can be prepared on the large outdoor barbecue. You will find a separate parking space behind the villa. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The exclusive holiday flat Salon has everything you could wish for. These include WLAN, plasma TV, DVD surround system, DVD films, books, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair, folding changing mat and much more.
On the property of the villa there are four further accommodation units (3x2 sleeps, 1x4 sleeps) with a total of 10 further sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

The Baltic seaside resort of Heringsdorf is one of the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The "Ostseetherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.

New Year's vacation
It was a nice vacation with the family, the apartment was very cold at first but the landlord took care of it right away and it became pleasantly warm. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment!
