The holiday home "Sundperle" is located on my spacious private property. It is ideally suited for families of up to 7 people. The total living space of 80 sqm and the 20 sqm terrace offer enough space for the whole family and invite you to relax and linger.
The holiday home has a combined living and cooking area of 38sqm. The open-plan kitchen-cum-living-room is fully furnished and equipped with a large dining table group. The dining area is adjacent to a cosy lounge suite, with a view of the fireplace and TV corner. There is the option of adding an additional 1.40m x 2.00m sofa bed in the living area.
Both bedrooms can be reached via the living area and are very individually and friendly furnished. They are equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
One bedroom sleeps 3 and has a double bed 1.80m x 2.00m and an additional bed 0.90m x 2.00m for a third person.
The second bedroom sleeps 4 and has a double bed of 1.60m x 2.00m as well as an additional bunk bed of 2.00m x 0.90m for 2 people, which can be optimally used for 2 children travelling with you.
In the hallway and in the bathroom, underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. The bathroom also has a bathtub with shower function and a washing machine.
Children and pets are welcome, and the large garden offers plenty of space to romp around.

The holiday home "Sundperle" is located on the rear part of my spacious private property in the popular district of Frankenvorstadt in Stralsund. It is approx. 500m to the water - Strelasund.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

The Hanseatic city of Stralsund has constantly developed in recent years.
For example, numerous old buildings in the historic old town, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2002, have been renovated. In addition, the renovation of the theatre and the construction of the Ozeaneum, Germany's largest maritime museum with the largest forest documentation in the world, were completed in 2010. The new Rügen Bridge, a unique bridge between Stralsund and the island of Rügen, was completed in 2007.
Make the most of your stay in Stralsund and visit the zoo, the harbour with its warehouses or our churches.
Get a wonderful view of the entire Hanseatic city and parts of the island of Rügen from St. Mary's Church. If the weather is bad, use the time to go shopping, visit the numerous museums or the HanseDom, a unique facility in Europe for rest and relaxation.

Hello - round of introductions - I am your landlord the coastal boy "Mathias" i was born in 1976 in Stralsund, live and work full-time as a technician and designer in a conservatory construction company in Stralsund. I have two sons 2004 and 2008, my oldest son lives with me. I like to spend a lot of time outside in the fresh air, even if it's just to do handicrafts or gardening. The large property with the main house and the cottage at the back needs a lot of care and attention. Of course, I am always there for my guests, if it is possible for me. But when time allows, I like to meet friends, go fishing, now and then also by boat. I like the great Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its beautiful surroundings, which I also like to travel through by bike, and if time and weather permit, I also like to ride my motorbike and go swimming at the Baltic Sea.
