The 55 sqm holiday flat with 2 bedrooms is modern, bright and friendly and lovingly furnished. It is located on the upper self-contained floor of our house and offers space for
4 adults + children.
Families with children are always welcome!
A cot (140x70 cm) can be added.
Field workers and fitters are also welcome.
A private parking space is available to our house guests free of charge.
The flat is a non-smoking flat, but smokers are welcome to use our entrance area / garden for this purpose.
Pets are not allowed

Our house is situated in a sunny, quiet location above the village with a beautiful view of the Vichtbachtal- Münsterau
Already in approx. 5 min. walking distance you reach the large forest area with mountains and meadows. Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest with extended, wonderful hikes or bicycle tours.
Due to the central location of the village you can reach very interesting places and sights and do sport activities.
Sights in Zweifall:
Forest nature trails, natural monuments, museum sawmill, Protestant church dating from 1683, Catholic church , Carmelite convent Maria Königin.
Surroundings:
Medieval castle in Stolberg with historic old town, copper yards, copper route, Zinkhütter-Hof museum,
City of Aachen: Emperor Charles City, with historic buildings Aachen Cathedral, Aachen City Hall, City Theatre, CHIO-Aachen(World Equestrian Festival), Carolus Thermae, Casino, Quellenhof- Aachen.

Fantastic stay!
Mr. and Mrs. Motz are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Due to my health, I had asked if it was possible to put a garden chair in the living room, and that was no problem at all.
There were just the two of us, and the apartment was perfect for us. Sufficient kitchenware, good beds, nice towels, and everything very clean. Top.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

A completely wonderful vacation, we say thank you from the heart!
I was again a guest with my son in this beautiful holiday apartment - just like last time, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment.
The hosts are simply fantastic: warm, attentive, helpful, and with such an open, loving manner that you feel immediately welcome.
The apartment is lovingly furnished, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The weather cooperated, the surroundings in the Eifel are stunning, we went on great hikes and enjoyed the beautiful weather. A completely successful vacation - thank you very much, and we will come back. Ilona & Joel

A Song of Praise
We felt at home with the Motz family from the very beginning. It started with a written welcome greeting waiting for us in the hallway to the apartment. The Motz couple took care of us in a touching way. The holiday apartment had everything we could possibly need. Everything was very warm and personally decorated, and the hygiene in the kitchen and bathroom was absolutely top-notch. We can only highly recommend the apartment. PS: Even the not-so-nice weather and the poor television program could not be changed by the Motz family.

Our stay at FEWO Motz
We have been booking the holiday apartment for several years now. The Motz couple has always greeted us very attentively and kindly, and we have always been very satisfied with the furnishings, design, etc. From the apartment, one has an excellent view of the landscape of Zweifall.

Exceptional, excellent hosts
Ich war vom freundlichen Gastgebern von Anfang an begeistert. Herr und Frau Motz betreiben nicht nur eine Ferienwohnung, sondern interessieren sich aufrichtig für ihre Gäste als Personen und sind auf ihre Bedürfnisse eingestimmt. Sie haben sich die Mühe gemacht, mich zu einem Veranstaltungsort mit einer 1-stündigen Rückfahrt zu fahren.
Sie haben uns mit Getränken, Snacks und Leckereien für die Kinder begrüßt; nicht nur zum Essen, sondern auch praktische Gegenstände, um sie kreativ zu beschäftigen. Sie haben eine kleine Bibliothek und Spielzeug, das Kinder ausleihen können.
Ihre Wohnung ist sorgfältig sauber und gepflegt. Sie haben sich die Mühe gemacht, sie gemütlich, praktisch, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet zu machen.
Sie sind ein warmherziges, liebenswertes Paar, mit dem man leicht ins Gespräch kommt und von dem man viel über die Kultur, Geschichte und Empfehlungen für verschiedene Aktivitäten lernen kann. Sie interessierten sich für unsere Kinder und haben ihnen sogar Abschiedsgeschenke gegeben.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
