Description
The house consists of a lounge with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one double bedroom with extra bed and three bathrooms. From every room doors lead into the surrounding the whole house covered porticos and gardens. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped, crockery and cutlery plentiful.
The pool is 5x8 meters large, it is immediately before the Portico with large garden table where you are staying most. From here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets before then turning on the outside lights and invite you for a long and pleasant evening with a glass of wine.
At about 10 m from the house garden house is a brick barbecue and an additional garden table with chairs.
The garden was redesigned with a variety of Mediterranean plants and stones. Various species of palm trees, olive trees, countless oleander, lavender, rosemary and many other plants give a nice Mediterranean flair. Since the summer should not be watered with tap water and the fountain in the hottest time hergibt nothing, unfortunately had to be dispensed with an evergreen lawn.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villa Cosetta located outside the resort Bagno di Gavorrano, to beautiful, somewhat elevated secluded location and provides a great all-round visibility. Olive groves and cypresses dominate the Tuscan countryside around the estate. The location is very quiet and undisturbed, yet not lonely and secluded. The approximately 2,500 m2 large property is completely fenced and therefore suitable for guests with pets. A 150 m long private road leads from the main road directly to the house. A gate at the other end of the property leads to non-traffic paths ideal in the surrounding fields, especially for dog owners for a walk. Bagno di Gavorrano is located in the Maremma, between Follonica and Grosseto. The place has a large supermarket. Many small shops line the main street, including a pharmacy, and a very nice vet. In the place is also a petrol station and various banks. Each Thursday takes place the weekly market. Here you can provide them with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Also ham and salami love Haber get their money. Various stalls with clothes, shoes, etc. round off the market.

Tuscany Feeling Pure
Those seeking peace and relaxation are exactly right here. We (4 adults and our 2 dogs) spent a wonderful week there. The house, built in a typical Tuscan style, thrilled us from the start, very good amenities, rooms beautifully furnished, and the bed totally comfortable; it's great that two bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the terrace that can be enjoyed around the house is fantastic. One is away from the village but still within a fifteen-minute walk to the village that offers a few restaurants and a supermarket. The location of the holiday home is a dream, surrounded by olive trees with a view that invites daydreaming. The sunsets were a highlight every evening. The property is very spacious and completely fenced, which was a dream for our two Italian running dogs (Segugio Maremmano). The highlight is the saltwater pool with massage jets and the solar shower. Ms. Glenz, the caretaker on site, welcomed us very warmly and is always there if you need anything. We can only recommend this holiday home and are already looking forward to spending time there again next year!

Beautiful vacation with child and dogs
It was a dream vacation in this house, which unfortunately was a bit too short. In the house itself, everything was available that one needs in everyday life. The pool, as well as the solar shower, were the highlight. The property is fenced, so we could let our dogs run around all day without any problems. Ms. Glenz gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with a good tour and great tips for excursions. This house is the epitome of Tuscan flair.

Zur Zeit sind wir an der Neugestaltung des Gartens um diesen mit einer automatischen Bewässerung (soweit dies die Kapazität des Grundwasserbrunnens zulässt) auch in den Sommermonaten noch mehr begrünen zu können.

Wonderful villa, relaxing holiday
We spent two wonderful weeks in the holiday villa Cosetta. The layout of the house was great for us as a family of 7. The pool was clean and very well maintained.
The location was absolutely brilliant. Pure tranquillity
We enjoyed it very much. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The equipment of the house was excellent. Everything was sufficiently available. The only thing we were missing was a coffee machine
The renting, which was done by Mrs. Ziegler, was very pleasant. She was available at all times and asked if everything was ok. But also the owner and the gardener were very friendly and helpful.
There are many beautiful places to visit from the villa. For example Siena, Lucca, Follonica, or to Grosetto to the train station and by train to Rome
We would like to thank you very much for the great time and recommend Villa Cosetta 100%.

Die Küchengeräte wurden erneuert. Nebst neuen Pfannen, neuem Geschirr, und einem gefüllten Gewürzschrank, stehen nun auch drei verschiedene Kaffemaschinen (Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, ital. Bialetti Espresso, Filterkaffemaschine), sowie neue Eierkocher, Toaster und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung.
2023 kommen dann noch ein Carport mit Solaranlage und Autoladestation, sowie Klimaanlagen im ganzen Haus hinzu.
Das Wohl unserer Feriengäste liegt uns am Herzen.

super nice vacation home with a mega clean pool
We immediately fell in love with the super beautiful holiday home and were surprised at how great everything was. The house is perfectly furnished and really lacked nothing. The pool is simply fantastic and is cleaned twice a week. The short trips to Follonica and Massa Marittima can be reached in less than half an hour. This time we were looking for peace and quiet in Tuscany and found it at Villa Cosetta. We would highly recommend the house and will definitely spend holidays in this beautiful area and wonderful house again. The landlady, Mrs. Ziegler, is very nice and we would like to thank her again for everything. Best regards from Switzerland.

Together with my husband I moved here in the Maremma about twenty years ago from Switzerland. Nachden we have 15 years of slightly more inhabited inland an old farmhouse and managed and rented an apartment, we live now in the area closer to the sea. Now I am doing the rental of the villa Cosetta in German-speaking countries for our well known and friendly local owners which absolutely no speaks German. So I'm off the contact for the holiday and do not mind spending advice if desired! I you hot welcome to the Villa Cosetta and am sure that you will spend a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
