Description
Holiday home in the middle of the Zirbitzkogel/Grebenzen Nature Park with heated pool, terrace, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 2 double rooms, 1 triple room and optionally a pull-out couch for 2 people in the living room. Approx. 130m² living space and about 600m² green area, also available for long-term rental.
Directly next to the holiday home is my farm where you are welcome to visit the animals.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is about 5 km from Neumarkt, with direct access to the B317, shopping facilities and train station in Neumarkt. Quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests, located at the foot of the Grebenzenalm in the municipality of Neumarkt, district of Zeutschach, on a high plateau with abundant water resources, expressed in the form of lakes, streams and ponds (swimming ponds as well as fishing ponds). Hikers and mushroom enthusiasts are fond of the area. In winter, ski resorts such as Kreischberg, Lachtal, and Grebenzen are not far away.
On the 1st floor, there is a separate private living unit that is excluded from the rental. However, the use of the outdoor facilities, terrace, grill, and pool is reserved exclusively for the accommodation offered here!

Barbecue by the pool and enjoy the sun or explore the beautiful area, which, with plenty of culinary options (7 inns, wine taverns, and alpine huts in the village), should leave nothing to be desired!
Or celebrate New Year's Eve cozily in winter! The surrounding ski areas also make for a great ski holiday!

Vacation next to a farm
Beautiful, though somewhat old, but cozy and spacious house with everything you need at a fair price. Located right next to the farm. Fine swimming pool and barbecue area. Internet and Wi-Fi only usable on the upper floor. Would love to come back!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
We are for the second time in the beautiful holiday home of the Moser family. You can enjoy the peace here even though the farm is right next door. The Moser family is very friendly and helpful. Spent a nice evening together. Will gladly come back. Best regards, Heiko and Christine.

Family-friendly
We visited with 5 adults, 4 children (0, 2, 7, and 11 years old), and a small dog. Great location to relax. Although the pool was relatively cold (21 degrees Celsius), our kids went swimming every day. The landlord was super and always available and on the spot when we needed him. We were allowed to visit the animals on the farm, which was a beautiful experience, especially for our children. The house was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. We had a great vacation. Thank you very much to the Moser family.

Styrian natural jewel
We spent 3 weeks in the Moser holiday home and were - apart from the weather - very satisfied. The landlords are extremely nice and accommodating. The house itself is very secluded in the middle of the forest and therefore guarantees absolute peace and quiet. Zeutschach is located in the middle of a Styrian natural jewel and is highly recommended, especially for hiking enthusiasts.
