Description
Our cottage 't Seepaerdje located in the cozy holiday park "De Oesterbaai" in Wemeldinge. Wemeldinge is a picturesque village which is located at the Oosterschelde in Zeeland. The house is detached and is comfortably furnished. It is fully equipped, even with its own private sauna. In the garden with lawn and terrace you can relax together, barbecue or just relax with a good book. Very close (just a stone's throw from the house) is a small, quiet sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. On the holiday park you will find for the little ones a playground with various equipment and a climbing frame, slide and swings.
Wemeldinge is a paradise for divers and water sports enthusiasts. They prefer to stay dry? Then you can achieve excellent biking and walking make on the bank and between the orchards and farmlands.
'T Seepaerdje is a great place to relax. It offers much to see and do in the area. A week is almost too short to discover everything. It is a very nice holiday for the whole family. See for yourself!

There is enough seating in the house for 8 people. The TV has 60 digital TV channels, Free Internet.
Dogs are welcome if they are declared at the booking.
The garden is fenced so that dogs or small children cannot wander off without your knowledge!
Also, the garden gets plenty of sun and is sheltered.
There is a patio with a garden and ample seating. The house has a lawn where children or dogs can play. For the little children, there is toys available, child bed, stair gate (downstairs and upstairs), bouncer and playpen, mobile changing table available.

Vacation as one wishes
Communication with the Verschuren family was quick and very friendly at all times before, during, and after our vacation. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and received plenty of information. The house is well-equipped, and the fenced garden is perfect for our two dogs. It was only a 2-minute walk to the water. Despite being peak holiday season, it was not overcrowded, and we had a very nice week.

Delightful week at 't Seepaerdje!
We had booked a week in the May holiday at 't Seepaerdje. What a fantastic week it was! The weather was great, but the incredibly neat and very complete little house certainly helped too! Everything was well organized. More than enough cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, and so on. Everything was there. Cabinets full of games, but also table tennis paddles and even small surfboards for the beach. Beach chairs were ready to take along, and in the lovely garden, everything was in order, from windbreaks to parasols and, of course, plenty of garden chairs.
The park De Oesterbaai is wonderfully quiet and spaciously laid out with various play areas for the kids. With just a few minutes' walk, you can stand with your feet in the Oosterschelde.
The Verschuren family is very friendly and very helpful. They have good tips for the area and are always available for questions. In short, 't Seepaerdje is a real recommendation for a delightful holiday in Zeeland!

Coming home again
As in previous times, we again enjoyed the nice, cozy, clean house, enclosed garden, and spacious terrace, with enough garden chairs. We would love to come back again!!

Cozy Holiday Home
After half a year, we returned for a wonderful vacation week in the lovely house with everything you need. Well-equipped household furnishings. In the cupboard in the room, we could nicely store our non-refrigerated food. Enough sleeping places that we are very satisfied with, and we slept well. The fenced garden is also super nice for our little dog! We had beautiful weather to enjoy the garden chairs that were still plenty on the spacious terrace. In other words, we had another fantastic week and would love to come back in the spring if our health allows. Thank you for the friendly and good communication and warm welcome! Hopefully see you in the spring.

Trotz Hauptferienzeit war es nicht überlaufen und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.
Wat was alles goed voor elkaar. Meer dan voldoende bestek, borden, glazen, pannen, enzovoorts. Alles was er. Kasten vol met spelletjes, maar ook tafeltennisbatjes en zelfs kleine surfboards voor op het strand. Strandstoelen stonden klaar om mee te nemen en in de heerlijke tuin was ook alles voor elkaar, van windscherm tot parasols en uiteraard voldoende tuinstoelen.
Het park De Oesterbaai is heerlijk rustig en mooi ruim opgezet met verschillende speelplekken voor de kids. Met een paar minuten lopen sta je met je voeten in de Oosterschelde.
De familie Verschuren is erg vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ze hebben goede tips voor de omgeving en zijn altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.
Kortom, ‘t Seepaerdje is een echte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie in Zeeland!
Wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt durch die liebevolle Einrichtung.
Alles war wie beschrieben/angegeben vorhanden.
Die Lage ist super vor allem auch für Hunde mit dem eingezäunten Garten.
Das Meer ist direkt um die Ecke und die Sauna im Haus ein tolles Highlight für den Abend.
Familie Verschuren sind sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt und bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es im Haus genug Spiele, um sich zu beschäftigen.
Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern und kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr gut gelegen und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Ideal für Familie mit Kindern weil einfach alles vorhanden ist. Vom Kinderbett bis zum Hochstuhl. Der Garten ist umzäunt und es gibt viel Spielzeug für Kinder. Selbst der Vierbeiner ist dort sehr willkommen. Für ihn steht eine Futterstation bereit.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Es stimmt einfach alles von Anfang bis zum Ende. Gerne würden wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen.

In de keuken was alles aanwezig wat je nodig had. In het dorp was een supermarkt waar ze van alles verkochten. Je kunt er ook eten aan huis laten brengen door de lokale ondernemers. Erg makkelijk als je geen zin hebt om eten te koken. Op de site van dit huis staat veel informatie over het vakantiehuis en omgeving waar de eigenaar ons op attent heeft gemaakt ;
de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep snel en vriendelijk.

Das Haus ist gepflegt und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Küche hat jede Menge Geschirr usw...
Es gab jede Menge Spielzeug und sogar 3 Roller für jedes Kind, dass ihnen auch nicht langweilig wurde.
Die Lage ist top, direkt hinter dem Deich und zum Bäcker ist auch nicht ganz so weit.
Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Wir möchten uns bei der Familie für die liebevolle Aufnahme bedanken.
Mooi gelegen op loopafstand van het strand en dorp. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer ruime serviesvoorraad aanwezig. Ook ideaal voor kinderen, de tuin is omheind en er is veel kinderspeelgoed aanwezig.
Zeer vriendelijke verhuurders.
Es fehlte an nichts, was man für's tägliche Leben braucht. Wir können deshalb guten Gewissens diese Tolle Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.
Auch die nähere Umgebung war sehr ansprechend und man könnte fußläufig alle nötigen Geschäfte erreichen und auch lecker Essen gehen.
Der kleine Strand liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, wo unsere beiden Enkelkinder prima buddeln und Drachen steigen lassen konnten und unsere beiden kleinen Hunde ausgiebig getobt haben.
Das gesamte Ferienhausgebiet kann man auf einem gepflegten Rasenweg umrunden.
Für Entspannung sorgte abends ein Besuch in der hauseigenen Sauna.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!!!

Die ons een rondleiding gaf en de bijzonderheden van de omgeving vertelde.
Het huis ligt in een rustig park en heeft veel privacy en is van alle gemakken en keukengerei voorzien.
Ligt op korte afstand c.a. 300 meter van de Oosterschelde en vlakbij de plaatsen Goes,Middelburg,Domburg,Antwerpen enz.
Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gevierd met veel plezier en komen zeker nog een keer terug.
Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und mit reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegen , Sonnenschirme und Grill ausgestattet. Da er rundherum eingezäunt ist bietet er sich optimal für Hunde an. Unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich pudelwohl.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die sehr schmalen Betten ca. 70 cm breit.
Alles in Allem ein super tolles Haus, welches wir ohne Weiteres weiter empfehlen kann.
Excuus hiervoor.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits wäre, eventuell die kleine Hecke vor dem Haus zu verkleinern bzw. zu entfernen, damit problemlos 2 PKWs vor dem Haus parken können.
