Location and surroundings of object
2 rooms, 60 sqm, up to 3 persons, clean, modern and cosy, barrier-free, bathroom newly renovated, separate entrance, central quiet location, WLAN, Aßlar, a still young town - the town charter was granted on - is located at the foothills of the Westerwald; where the Dill flows into the Lahn after a few kilometres in Wetzlar. But the town is much older; its name was first mentioned in the Lorsch Codex in 783 in a deed of donation. Like many other villages, Aßlar developed from a few large farms on the banks of the stream to a population of around 1,000 during the industrialisation period before the First World War, although it always formed a municipality with Klein-Altenstädten, a district on the far bank of the Dill. With the arrival of some displaced persons after the Second World War and the incorporation of the municipalities of Bechlingen, Berghausen, Bermoll, Oberlemp and Werdorf at the end of the territorial reform in 1977, Asslar reached its present size in terms of hectares and inhabitants (as of ).

Идеальные условия
Встретили нас хозяева - почтенная семейная пара, вручили ключи от входа и квартиры.
В нашем полном распоряжении гостинная, спальня, кухня и санузел.
Все чисто, без запахов, свежий современный ремонт, мебель новая, добротная.
В спальне две просторные односпальные кровати, две тумбочкиЭ две розетки у изголовий. Большой щкаф с тремпеляим и полками. Стул, кресло. Свежая постель. Температура комфортная, не душно, вентиляция нормальная. На ночь закрываются наружные роллеты, ночью в помещениях темнота полная, рекомендуется иметь телефон под рукой, иначе выключатель не найти. Очень комфортно для сна.
Гостинная светлая, просторная, мягкий уголок, журнальный столик, телевизор, комод. Есть еще одна кровать.
Санузел нормальный, полотенцесушилка теплая. Напор воды не очень сильный, вода горячая.
Кухня очень удобная, отлично оборудована, все чисто, все работает. Полный набор любой кухонной посуды, от кастрюль со сковородами до рюмок с бокалами.
Вход со двора через коридор. У вас ключ как от квартиры, так и от входной двери, автономность полная.
До СПА центра "Лагуна" 400 метров, 5 минут пешком. Городок тихий, уютный. Местность холмистая.
До супермаркетов и торговых центров чуть больше километра.
До остановки автобусов метров 300.
Этот вариант проживания превзошел наши ожидания.
На наш взгляд, это абсолютно честное и добротное предложение по вполне адекватной цене.
По возможности, вернемся сюда опять!

Senior-friendly holiday apartment
The apartment is on the ground floor, suitable for seniors, very nice, clean, and practically furnished. If anything is really missing, it will be replaced. The landlords are warm, very nice, and the price-performance ratio is perfect. The apartment is located on the mountain, there is also a good bus connection, the bus goes to the train station and from there you can go in all directions.
