Start the day with breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the view of the countryside. Have fun together with your family with a pleasant refreshing swim in the solar-heated pool. Soak up the sun on the lawn or relax on the lounger under the apple tree. You can prepare delicious barbecue specialities on the garden barbecue as often as you like. Holiday home in the heart of the Upper Palatinate, near Schwandorf, in the Upper Palatinate Lake District, surrounded by meadows and forests, approx. 40 km north of Regensburg (World Heritage Site)and approx. 80 km east of Nuremberg.
There are wonderful opportunities for hiking and cycling in the surrounding area - simply to experience and enjoy nature. Within a radius of max. 15 km almost all sports can be practised (karting, water skiing, surfing, sailing, diving, horse riding, golf, ). Numerous lakes and the Naab River, which flows by about 2 km from the holiday home, offer wonderful fishing experiences and good catches. Numerous cultural and leisure facilities also offer plenty of variety. Some interesting museums (also open-air museums), as well as zoos and game reserves will lead you into a world of relaxation and recreation. The district of Schwandorf also hosts numerous events, ranging from open-air plays (with historical acts) to sporting events, civic and local history festivals and concerts of every musical genre. The spa triangle in the Czech Republic can be reached quickly by car. Skat lovers are welcome at the weekly game evening of the Schwandorf Skat Club.

Great holiday home

A week's holiday - pure relaxation
We stayed for the first time for a week in this great holiday home.
We were already overwhelmed on arrival by the large, secluded and fenced property and the huge pool (heated by a solar pool heater and thus enjoyable from early to late in good weather ;-) ) overwhelmed. The pool is cleaned every two days by the landlord. A great service !!!
In addition, there was a very delicious homemade cake and chilled drinks on arrival. You can park your car on the large property. There is a pond with fish and frogs, various seating areas, a brick stone barbecue and of course the mega pool.
The holiday home is clean, very well equipped and of sufficient size.
There is a folder with collected excursion possibilities (sorted by distance) and tips from Mr Lehmer himself. We can recommend the excursion tip from him for the wooden ball in Steinberg am See. In short, a beautiful, quiet spot on earth.
Thank you very much for this relaxing stay and see you next time.

Pure peace and relaxation
We have already been to "Krumbach No. 7" for the 3rd time. The property is very well maintained and not visible. In the great heated pool you can swim a few laps in the morning. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of nature. The tranquility is simply heavenly.
There is nothing missing in the holiday home. It is very well equipped.
Upon arrival, we were always greeted with homemade delicious cake and chilled drinks. There was something for every taste.
The Lehmer family are perfect hosts, nice, attentive and always available.

Time-out from everyday life
We, two adults and one child (12), were in "Krumbach No. 7" for the first time, but we will definitely be repeat offenders.
Why?
Quite simply, the package for and around the holiday home is just right!
Friendly reception by the owner, with a sweet cake greeting to get us in the mood. So begins a week of vacation!
A holiday home as shown in the pictures. Absolutely beautiful location, something to "switch off". Non-visible property, and pure tranquility!
Inside?
Everything available that the modern guest needs!
Outside?
A sturdy brick barbecue, with a large quantity of pre-split and well-seasoned wood, properly fired up, really awesome for barbecue fans like me.
The pool - the ultimate highlight.
With a diameter of 7.50m, a true dream for us water rats. The water in the hands of Reinhold Lehmer, with 35 years of pool experience, simply fantastic.
We had a great day start in the morning at 21 degrees. In the evening, thanks to passive solar collectors, we had swimming fun at 27 degrees until dusk!
So, if you don't book now, it's your own fault!
But let's also leave a gap for our return.

Liebe Familie Lehmer
wir möchten uns noch einmal für den super schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus bedanken und vorallem für den sehr netten Empfang und den sehr leckeren Begrüßungskuchen.
Wir waren ja 2 +2 Erwachsene vor Ort. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr lobenswert zu erwähnen. Wir hatten viele schöne und heiße Tage und konnten so den riesigen und sehr sauberen Pool nutzen.
Ihr Ferienobjekt werden wir für weitere Urlaubstage "im Auge behalten" und es weiter empfehlen. - Die Landschaft ist einfach toll. Wer Ruhe sucht, kann sie hier finden.
Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles und für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung in allen organisatorischen Belangen.

Dreamlike
A super furnished holiday home with everything you could wish for. The property is sufficient and superbly maintained, the pool is fantastic. The landlords, the Lehmer family, hospitable and nice, it's great that drinks and a delicious cake are ready when you arrive. For us as dog owners, the perfect domicile. We will gladly come back. Wunderbares Haus u.zuvorkommende Gastgeber
Das schöne Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen.Darüber hinaus sind die Gastgeber sehr freundlich,und
versorgten uns gleich am ersten Tag mit gekühlten Getränken und leckeren Kuchen.
Der Pool ist super und der gepflegte Garten war für uns und unseren 2 Hunden ein Paradies

Wohlfühlurlaub
Eigentlich gibt es nichts neues zu berichten. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Der Kuchen war total lecker,die Vermieter sehr nett und total entgegendkomnend.Das Gequake der Frösche im nahegelegenen Weiher war herrlich,so gut wie kein Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Haus. Der Pool war cool und der Garten traumhaft schön. Ich nehme die Bilder und die Ruhe in meinen Alltag. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Eigentlich wären wir am liebsten dort eingezogen, aber einem erneuten Aufenthalt spricht ja nichts entgegen....:-)

Wunderbar erholsam !!
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern nun schon zum dritten Mal im idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaus Krumbach Nr. 7 zu Gast. Hier finden wir die perfekte Ruhe im großzügigen und sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Kinder haben im sehr sauberen Pool sehr viel Spaß. Der Empfang und Kontakt mit dem Vermietern Frau und Herr Lehmer war gewohnt freundlich und unkompliziert. Beim Anreisetag warten bereits ein frisch gebackener Kuchen und kühle Getränke als Willkommensgeschenk. Schwandorf ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt, Regensburg und Amberg mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Rundum sehr zu empfehlen !

Topadresse für Ruhe- und Erholungssuchende
Der gesamte Buchungsvorgang, sowie die vertragliche Abwicklung des Mietverhältnisses verlief reibungslos und top organisiert.
Beim Eintreffen wurden wir vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung für das Ferienhaus, insbesondere für die technische Ausstattung (was nach unserer Erfahrung eher selten der Fall ist).
Zu unserer Überraschung gab es zum Empfang einen von der Vermieterin selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt, um nach der Anreise den ersten Durst zu stillen.
Das Ferienhaus selbst ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und darüber hinaus sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Als erfahrene Ferienhausmieter nehmen wir immer ein paar wichtige Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs mit (z.B. Reisebügeleisen, Erste Hilfe-Kasten, Pürrierstab, scharfe Messer, Toilettenpapier, etc.). In diesem Fall völlig umsonst. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts.
Der Garten ist sehr groß und komplett eingezäunt, so dass man sich keine Sorgen um den Hund machen muss, wenn er mal seine eigenen Runden im Garten dreht. Er ist sehr gut gepflegt und wirklich schön bepflanzt. Der Pool (wir schätzen ihn mal auf 7,5 Meter Durchmesser) ist sehr sauber.
Der Vermieter kommt ca. ein bis zweimal in der Woche vorbei um den Rasen zu mähen und den Pool zu reinigen. Dies störte uns jedoch in keiner Weise, da der Vermieter dies zum einen sehr diskret und unauffällig durchführte und zum anderen versuchte die Wartungsarbeiten in Absprache mit uns dann einzuplanen, wenn sich wir nicht gerade im Haus waren.
Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und lädt zum Radfahren und Wandern ein. Gleichzeitig ist der Ort Schwandorf so nah, dass man in ca. 5 Minuten alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants erreicht. Als Basis zur Erkundung der Oberpfalz liegt das Ferienhaus relativ zentral. Als Grundlage für unsere Ausflugsplanung lagen zahlreiche Prospekte und Landkarten aus. Vom Vermieter gibt es darüber hinaus einen üppigen Ordner voller Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung.
Als Fazit möchten wir behaupten, dass dieses Ferienhaus zu den besten gehört, welche wir je besucht haben (und das waren schon einige).
Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.
