Description
A beautiful freshly renovated bungalow half with two floors and a terrace . The holiday home is located in a close-to-nature, secure residential complex directly on Lake Neubäuer See.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor you will find the light-flooded living room with dining table and direct access to the terrace as well as a new fully equipped kitchen
Furthermore, there are also two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.
UPPER FLOOR
A staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find a second small bathroom with shower, another bedroom and a living room.
The living room can be converted into a bedroom by a pull-out sofa bed.
ATTENTION: Due to the sloping roof on the upper floor, the ceiling clearance is limited. Taller persons may have to pull their heads in to move around. For the same reasons, the shower can only be used from a sitting position.
This layout with two separate bathrooms makes it possible to maintain a certain degree of privacy even with a larger number of guests (5-8).

ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
One reaches the residential complex by car via an access gate.
There is a free personal parking space directly in front of the bungalow in the complex.
The lake, a camping site, a playground, restaurants and the supermarket (EDEKA) are within walking distance.
There is also a great hiking trail starting nearby around the Neubäuer See lake through a nature reserve.

Beautiful cosy bungalow
The bungalow has everything you need and is very nicely furnished. Communication with the landlords was very uncomplicated.
Very nice location in a holiday complex. Very quiet.
The lake is close by. For boating
or for the SUP also suitable for surfing. We did this despite the low water level. It is not ideal for swimming. That was also due to the dry summer. The water depth is actually only up to the knee, as about 70 cm are missing due to the dryness
It would be interesting to see what it's like in winter.

An insider tip directly on the lake
A very beautiful newly renovated holiday home, in the middle of the nature of the Bavarian Forest.
The lake is really less than a two-minute walk away.
We were finally able to really switch off again. Simply super!
There is also a playground nearby if you are travelling with children.
The accommodation itself was very clean and as far as the facilities were concerned, there was nothing we were missing.
All in all, it was an all-round successful holiday, we would love to come back!
