Fantastically cozy.

I was really lucky to have booked this beautiful accommodation at short notice!
The cottage is located in a very quiet street directly on the beautiful dune landscape, but also a few minutes' walk from a bus stop and the city center, and offers plenty of space in the tastefully furnished living room/kitchen (fully equipped!) and a very cozy bedroom with a super comfortable large bed and a comfortable bathroom. The skylight is an extra eye-catcher, you feel a bit like on a luxury boat.
Daphne and Frank (and Daphne's lovely mother) are super friendly and helpful.
I felt very welcome and comfortable and would love to come back!

Beautiful quiet cottage.

We had a great stay in the small cottage of the family! We felt very welcome and didn't miss anything. If we had any questions, we were allowed to contact them at any time. We're already looking forward to next time!

Super satisfied:)

The stay with Daphne and Frank was super nice.
We received a very nice and warm welcome.
A bottle of wine, treats for our dog and something to nibble on as well as a bowl of fresh fruit were ready for us :)
Daphne and Frank were very helpful and were always available to answer any questions.
There were also fresh towels in between.
Everything was within walking distance from the flat and the lake in the dunes was close by.
We can only recommend the accommodation 100% because everything was perfect.
We would like to thank Daphne and Frank for a wonderful holiday and we will certainly come back again.

Outstanding holiday accommodation

Small and nice holiday accommodation, has everything you need, including multiple towel and bed linen changes and a friendly couple of landlords. Small gift, wine, snacks, and fresh flowers were ready on the day of arrival.

Cozy accommodation with a beautiful location.

I was in Zandvoort for a few days with my friend and my male Cocker Spaniel. The accommodation was perfect for the three of us. Even though we were there during the season, when dogs were not allowed on the beach between 9 am and 7 pm, it was very nice with a dog because we spent a lot of time during the day in the dune area right outside the door. There is also a freshwater lake in this dune area where you could cool off. Additionally, we were able to leave our car parked during our stay since the accommodation is only about a 15-minute walk from the city center and the beach. We also lacked nothing in the accommodation itself. It is lovingly furnished and there were even snacks for humans and dogs. Plus, a small souvenir and a nice card. The towels and linens smelled very pleasantly fresh. Thank you, Daphne and Frank! We will gladly come back.

Small but powerful!

Daphne is an incredibly great hostess! Very, very polite and incredibly helpful! We were a bit early but could still check in. The accommodation was very clean and so incredibly nicely decorated! The dunes are not even a 3-minute walk away, and the city center is also within a short walking distance. This time, we traveled without a dog because we were in Amsterdam for a few days, but we will definitely come back, this time with a dog!

Holiday with a Four-Legged Friend

We decided at very short notice to spend a few days at the North Sea in the pre-season and everything worked out wonderfully. What was important for us was that our little four-legged companion could come along. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable immediately. Oasis of well-being

We (me, female, 48, and my daughter, 23) were guests in the lovely holiday cottage for one week. The contact with Daphne beforehand was very friendly and inviting. Upon arrival, we immediately felt very comfortable. The welcome was warm, and the cottage was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Fresh flowers, fruit, wine, and even a small gift awaited us. Nothing was missing. We were completely satisfied with the cleanliness as well. The dunes are practically at the doorstep. We reached the city and the beach with our bicycles in just a few minutes. Zandvoort with its charming pedestrian zone, the sprawling beach with great cafes and restaurants is worth a visit. Getting to stay in Daphne and Frank's cottage during the holidays was a dream. Perfect stay again.

I was now for the second time at De Duinen with Daphne and Frank, and it was again a perfect stay.
The apartment is very clean, everything you need is available.
Great location, my small dog and I enjoyed the week immensely.

Restful Vacation

Accommodation very clean and lovingly decorated. Fragrant, also with fresh flowers and treats for humans and dogs. Very attentive and nice landlords. Just around the corner are the dunes, where our dog immediately felt at home. The beach and city are easily reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes and yet in a quiet location. In a word, we were completely satisfied.

Fun & Relaxation with Dog

We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit, treats for our little dog, and something to snack on for us.

The holiday home was perfectly equipped, incredibly clean, and smelled so nice. We felt at home from the very first moment.

Daphne and Frank were really nice.

The dunes are only a few meters away from the holiday home, where there is a beautiful freshwater lake where our dog had an incredible amount of fun with other dogs of her kind. The city and the beach are also quickly reachable by foot.

Overall, it was just a wonderful, relaxed, and recommendable vacation.

We are already looking forward to next year!

Super!!!!

The cottage is absolutely clean and prepared with a lot of love. Daphne is absolutely charming. We felt very comfortable, nothing was missing, even the fresh linen smells wonderful. Our dog also felt very comfortable, in the dunes, at the lake with many fellow dogs. We will definitely come back ❤️

Toll

I don't usually like giving reviews, but it's worth it here. We were welcomed very nicely and friendly. We (two adults and two small dogs) immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean and tidy and lovingly decorated. Everything was thought of, even bedtime treats for us and treats for the dogs were provided. Fresh fruit, wine, and snacks were arranged, and a bouquet of fresh flowers was in the room. You simply felt welcome. One could enjoy the beautiful weather outside and the dunes are just a stone's throw away. The beach and town are reachable in about 15 minutes on foot. We will definitely come back and can only highly recommend this accommodation.

Schöne Ferienwohnung!... mit allem was man braucht

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the landlord couple and shown around. The apartment is small but nice! We didn't miss anything. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric mini-oven available as well. Board games for rainy days are also provided.

A private parking spot was made available for us right on the premises.

The city center, supermarket, and the bus stop to Haarlem and Amsterdam are just two streets away. Everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. The dunes are right in front of the house. The beach can be reached through the dunes or along the road. However, it's a good 15-minute walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the vacation rental!

Small but nice!

We were welcomed very warmly and hospitably. The cottage is very cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised. Nearby, there is a bicycle rental where you can take beautiful tours through the dunes. The town center is close by with shopping facilities. The bus and train station are also nearby.

Urlaub mit Hund

We had a wonderful time in the holiday apartment right by the dunes. Beautiful walks with the dog through the dunes to the beach possible. Great starting point for that. In the cozy apartment on one level is everything you need. The landlady always has an open ear and is very helpful. Change of towels was offered to us. Parking spaces without fees in front of the house. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

The Dunes in Zandvoort

We visited the nice landlady for a week in August 2016. There are actually no wishes left unfulfilled. The apartment has everything you need on vacation. A large bed and a small couch provide the necessary comfort. Cooking is done on a small kitchenette. The landlady lives next door and always had an open ear for us. Halfway through the vacation, fresh towels were provided.

The location of the apartment is great. The dunes of Zandvoort are 50 meters from the apartment and invite you to take a walk. It takes a few more minutes on foot to reach the beach. A bike rental with fair prices is also 100 meters from the apartment.

We really liked it and would come back again!
