This newly built studio for 2 people is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. The cozy cottage has a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a ground-level rain shower and a kitchenette with microwave, egg boiler, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The sofa bed easily converts from a combination wardrobe and sofa into a comfortable double bed. Not to mention a private terrace where you can enjoy the sunlight in peace.

The studio is located directly on the dunes, 1 km from the beach and 500 m from the centre. The train station is 1 km away. The pleasant city of Haarlem is 10 minutes away by car or train, Amsterdam 30 minutes. The driving time to Keukenhof and the bulb fields is 15 minutes

Top studio!
Very nice, sweet and lovingly furnished studio directly by the dunes. We stayed with Esther and Erik over the Pentecost weekend. Very accommodating and warm hosts. Everything you need for a stay is available in the studio. We were thrilled by the bed with the sofa. During the day, you can use the sofa, and for sleeping, the bed is simply pulled down from the wall cupboard. This idea is really great if you have a slightly smaller accommodation. The mattress was great, we slept very well. Everything is available. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Fresh towels and bed linen. Since we are in Zandvoort very often, we naturally know the little shortcuts to get to the beach and the city faster. A luxury is the free parking directly at the house. We would love to come back and can only recommend it. Sandra and Klaus from Germany.

The studio is in a great location, right by the dunes and not far from the center.
It is small but nice :)
The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.
This studio is perfect for a short break :)

Super stay

Loud construction sites were kept quiet.
Unfortunately, we were not informed by the landlords in advance about the very loud construction sites right next to the vacation apartment.
Otherwise, we would have canceled and not traveled at all.
Being woken up in the early morning by demolition work completely ruined the vacation mood.
The accommodation is also smaller than the photos suggest. The worst part is the "door" to the bathroom. It is a poorly functioning sliding door that does not close properly made of a few boards. Privacy in the bathroom = 0.
Paying nearly 100 euros a night for a holiday at a construction site hurts a lot.
One gets the impression that the construction sites were intentionally concealed by the landlord in advance to prevent cancellations.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt im Studio negativ erlebt haben. Der Vollständigkeit halber möchte ich Ihre Geschichte ergänzen.
Die Baustelle, auf die Sie sich beziehen, besteht aus zwei Häusern weiter unten an der Straße, deren Fassadenfugen ersetzt wurden. Auch wir wurden von dieser Arbeit am Donnerstag vor Ihrer Ankunft unangenehm überrascht. Angesichts der Art der Arbeiten haben wir nicht damit gerechnet, dass sie nächste Woche fortgesetzt werden. Dienstagmorgen erkundigte sich mein Mann beim Vorarbeiter, wie lange die Arbeiten dauern würden, und ihm wurde versprochen, dass die Arbeiten erst in der folgenden Woche wieder aufgenommen und innerhalb eines halben Tages abgeschlossen würden. Mein Mann hat Sie darüber informiert. Entgegen der Zusage der Arbeiter wurden die Arbeiten am nächsten Morgen wieder aufgenommen und abgeschlossen, was wir bedauern. Als Ausgleich für die Unannehmlichkeiten haben wir Ihnen unsere Leihfahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Fotos des Studios wurden mit einem normalen Objektiv aufgenommen und das Setup ist das gleiche wie das tatsächliche Setup, daher sind die Fotos wahrheitsgemäß. Um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen, wird die Studiofläche von 18 Quadratmetern in der Anzeige deutlich angegeben. Die Schiebetür zum Bad ist auf den Fotos ebenfalls gut zu erkennen und schließt mit einem leichten Widerstand zum Ende hin komplett.
Ich bedauere sehr, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt nicht genossen haben und bedauere auch, dass die bereitgestellten Informationen, die Entschädigung in Form der angebotenen Fahrräder und der nicht engagierte technische Support für die Schiebetür Ihren Aufenthalt nicht angenehmer gestalten konnten.
Die Unterstellung, ich hätte die Arbeit bewusst verschwiegen, weise ich entschieden zurück. Damit stellen Sie meine Integrität in Frage, und dazu gibt es angesichts der Sachlage keinen Anlass.
