Welcome to the Wellendorf holiday flat.
Enjoy your holiday in our beautiful flat in Großenbrode. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or a variety of activities - both are possible. Organise your time according to your preferences. The very well-developed network of cycle paths takes you right across the colourful Holstein Baltic Sea countryside, past flowering fields: from Großenbrode via Heiligenhafen and Oldenburg towards Cismar or over the Fehmarnsund Bridge to the island of Fehmarn.
Kilometres of fine sandy beach invite you to go for a walk, bathing in the clear, mostly stone-free sea is a pleasure both on the DLRG-guarded south beach and on the natural beach (west beach).
You can learn to sail and surf at the surf school on the south beach.
GTS has put together a comprehensive package of events for you: Exhibitions, welcome evenings, concerts, film evenings in the MerrHus or even outdoors on the beach and much more. The surrounding communities also invite you to visit interesting events.

Flat description:
The cosy non-smoking holiday flat for 2 persons (on the upper floor of our detached house), which was completed at the beginning of 2012, is very well equipped and leaves hardly anything to be desired. You can reach the lockable flat via a separate entrance. We ask for your understanding that no animals can be accommodated.

The flat is equipped as follows:
Living/dining room:
Corner bench group, leather sofa with coffee table and two stools, satellite TV and Medion music centre with CD player and I-pod station
Bedroom:
Double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with new mattresses, pillows (80/80) and 4-season duvets in oversize (155/220), bedside cabinet, spacious wardrobe. On your arrival the beds are made up.
Kitchen:
Fitted kitchenette, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, crockery and cutlery for 6 people, pots, frying pans and much more.

Bathroom:
Shower room with WC, hairdryer

Please bring your own shower and hand towels.

The living/dining room and the bedroom have external shutters and insect screens.
The floors in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom are tiled, the living/dining room has parquet flooring and the bedroom has vinyl flooring. The flat is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

You can park your car on our property under a carport. You can also store your bicycles there if necessary.

Furthermore, there is a covered seating area at the house (e.g. for breakfast in the sun) and an open seating area in the garden with seating furniture, parasol and barbecue. Perhaps you would like to play table tennis? A table tennis table is available.

Location and surroundings of object

Our house is located only 300 m from the municipal harbour and the marinas in the quiet district of von-Herwarth-Straße. Großenbrode is a village with approx. 2100 inhabitants. Doctor, baker, flower shop, two supermarkets (Edeka and Rewe Nahkauf), church, post office and restaurants are in the centre of the village, only about 2 km from our house.
