Description
A new and comfortably equipped semi-detached holiday home has been waiting for you since April this year. It consists of two sides of the house, there are two separate and spacious holiday flats on two floors each with separate entrances and terraces. The 2 sides of the house have an identical room layout, equipment and furnishings. Each side of the house has a hallway on the ground floor, a large bathroom with sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room with flat screen TV and fireplace. On the upper floor, each side of the house has 3 separate bedrooms (also with TV) for a total of max. 7 adults. There is also a small shower room on the first floor.
From both dining areas you can access the two south-facing terraces, each with a garden table and 8 chairs. The terraces are separated from each other by a privacy screen. However, this can also be removed if necessary, so that our semi-detached house is also ideal for several friendly families who want to spend their holiday together. In the lockable garden house there is a barbecue for each side of the house. Parking for 2 cars is available right next to the house.
The semi-detached house also has a free Wi-Fi connection.

Location and surroundings of object
central location in Koserow, 5 minutes from the beach, baker, butcher and supermarket are within walking distance.
There is a swimming pool in the neighbouring hotel (can also be used by non-hotel guests). Koserow is situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. There are restaurants, bars, cafés, small and large shops for shopping and lots of nature. Koserow is also home to the famous and historic salt huts and Usedom's oldest church dating from the 13th century. Furthermore, there are well-developed cycling and hiking paths for leisure activities. Right next to Koserow is the highest elevation on the island, the Streckelsberg. The adjacent beech forest with its beautiful old trees invites you to take cool walks and cycle tours in the hot summer months. Of course, the Baltic resort of Koserow also has a pier and a wonderfully wide sandy beach, on which all kinds of sporting activities (bungee, trampoline ) are offered from May to September.

Our Wi-Fi is free of charge and a high chair and a cot can also be used free of charge if required. |

Some shortcomings in the beautiful holiday home.
It is very disappointing that we had to miss some things in the holiday home.
There were no user manuals for, e.g., fireplace, TV, stove. No written information about the place, the island, bus connections etc.
We missed a teapot, a lemon squeezer, and especially fireplace tools. The kitchen countertop is very unattractive to the point of being damaged.
Kettle and coffee machine are totally calcified.
The vacuum cleaner urgently needs a new filter. The house was clean and tidy, unfortunately the garden was very neglected. We had nice weather, found Usedom great, and think that our "shortcomings" are easy to remedy. We would then rent the house again and recommend it. Helma Seibel

es ist leider nicht schön zu hören, dass Sie so viele Beanstandungen zu unserem Ferienhaus hatten und auch gerade deswegen möchte ich Ihnen dazu kurz Antwort geben.
Von Bedienungsanleitungen oder Informationsmaterial sehen wir ab, da solche Dinge leider nicht von jedem Gast so behandelt und zurückgelassen werden, wie es sein sollte.
Daher sind wir sind der Meinung, dass es wohl besser ist, keine Broschüren und dergleichen im Haus zu habe als vollständiges und unansehnliches Material.
Auch Kaminbesteck haben wir bewusst nicht im Haus. Dieses kann zwar sehr hilfreich sein aber leider bringt es auch eine große Verletzungsgefahr mit sich, gerade wenn kleine Kinder mit im Haus sind.
Die Teekanne sowie die Zitronenpresse sind inzwischen "nachgerüstet", die Küchengeräte wurden entkalkt und der Staubsaugerbeutel gewechselt (dies geschieht immer mit bei der halbjährlichen Grundreinigung).
Auch der Garten hat inzwischen seinen (leider etwas verspäteten) Frühjahresputz bekommen und unser Haus ist nun perfekt vorbereitet für die neue Saison 2022.
Ich verstehe nur nicht genau, was Sie mit der "defekten" Arbeitsplatte meinten. Wir sind immer darauf bedacht, dass im FH alles ordentlich sauber und intakt ist. Unsere Küchenarbeitsplatte ist daher weder unansehnlich noch defekt. Wir haben dies kontrolliert und wären Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie diesen Punkt in Ihrer Bewertung zurücknehmen würden.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
We stayed in Koserow with 3 small children and our fluffy dog for a week. The apartment was beautiful, modern, and very well-equipped. The only thing we missed was a washing machine (with 3 children, there's always something from the beach) and blackout blinds in the bedrooms. We didn't try the sauna and fireplace because the weather was too nice! But the apartment is already super cozy. The kids were thrilled that there were 3 TVs available, so there was no argument about who could watch what, and when. The location on the side street is great. You only need to stumble to the bakery once, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach (12 minutes to the dog beach). We will definitely come back.

New Year's Eve at the beach
Fantastic holiday home in a familial and quiet location. Wonderful furnishings and ideal for relaxing. Spending New Year's Eve by the sea is highly recommended and simply amazing in this house. The facilities and furnishings are high quality and stylish. We are already planning the next opportunity to occupy this house again!!
