Description

The holiday home "Eibner" deliberately deviates from the typical building style of the village, as it is a log house in ecological wooden construction with approx. 70 sqm of usable space. The open living / kitchen area and the bathroom with shower / WC are on the ground floor of the house. Via a (steep!) staircase you reach the upper floor, there are the two bedrooms and an additional small toilet. The Eibner house faces south-east and is therefore on the sunny side from morning to afternoon. There are two of these houses on the property, the rear house is rented here

Location and surroundings of object

The location of the house is ideal: you can walk to the beach passage No. 7 in about 5 minutes, the centre of Zingst and the Bodden landscape with the small harbour are about 10 minutes away and shopping facilities are about 5 minutes away on foot. If required, you can rent bicycles from the numerous bicycle rental companies and thus expand your radius of action in the wonderful surroundings. The quiet location of the house offers you relaxation and tranquillity, completely undisturbed by prying eyes thanks to hedges and a slatted fence. A larger open space in a sunny position behind the house offers opportunities to play and sunbathe.
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the charming Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain and is nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park.
The development of the seaside resort of Zingst guarantees individuality and the good local planning promises safe roads and paths. Culture and art are on offer and shopping in the pedestrian zone is a priority, but there are also many restaurants with very good cuisine.

Nettes kleines Haus

A beautiful wooden house that stands out pleasantly from the standard apartments and is nicely furnished. Everything is available and it is sufficiently large for 4 people, there are even two toilets, although we couldn't find the Wi-Fi. Communication with the owner and key service was completely unproblematic. However, it is somewhat hidden at the end of a sandy path and the plot is relatively small and enclosed quite opaque by hedges. The stairs to the upper floor with the two bedrooms are steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. It is about 200 meters to the beach and the nearest restaurant. We would come back if we are in Zingst.
