Villa Margarete is a very beautiful vacation home (300m2 living space) spread over 3 levels. It has been built on a plot of 500 m2. One always feels comfortable in our wonderfully furnished house. Regardless of the season, summer or winter, autumn or spring.
Villa Margarete is a house with upscale furnishings. There is a sauna room (heat cabin) with relaxation chairs, large dining table, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. Living room with luxury leather couch, large dining table, and of course a flat-screen with DVD. A very beautiful, large, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. One can really cook well here. There are: dishwasher, oven, induction stove for 5 pots, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, microwave. Pantry, kettle, toaster, Senseo and filter coffee machine. In the basement, there is a separate laundry room with a sink, washing machine, and dryer.
We also have a great party cellar with a bar, pinball, foosball, piano, and open fireplace. Layout of the house: Upper floor: Hallway, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna room, and 2 balconies. Ground floor: Entrance area with vestibule, hallway, 2 bedrooms, guest toilet,
bathroom with tub and shower, living/dining room (40m2) and the kitchen with pantry
Basement, Here is the laundry room. From here one reaches the garden with a grill, tables and chairs, and a ping pong table.
Villa Margarete has 4 private parking spaces. The garden is on the south. The house is a non-smoking house!

Highly recommended
We stayed with 7 people plus our Chihuahua girl Lotte, for one week in this great house. Since we like to cook together, the very well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need. The living and dining rooms are very spacious and inviting. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also generously designed. The outdoor area with garden invites you to linger.
All in all, a truly recommendable holiday home.

Beautiful large house with good facilities. The location is very quiet, but everything is easily accessible by car. The bread service also worked well. The on-site service is great, the housekeeper was very nice and helpful and always available.
