The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. It is modern and lovingly furnished and offers enough space for up to 4 people.
On approx. 75 m² living space you can expect
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a fully equipped bright kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. In the cosy living room you will find a flat-screen TV, CD player, DVD player, books and lots of toys for young and old. On the spacious west-facing terrace you can relax at the end of the day.

Our holiday flat is located in the heart of Zingst. The holiday flat is located in the centre of the Baltic resort of Zingst in a quiet side street. All shopping facilities, restaurants, bicycle rental and bakery can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 500 m away. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost town on the breathtaking Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula and lies between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" national park. In this attractive holiday resort you will find endless fine sandy beaches and a unique almost untouched nature, which you can explore on numerous cycling and hiking trails. Zingst is worth a visit at any time of year.

A holiday apartment for relaxation
This vacation rental has everything your heart desires: large windows that let in a lot of light, a super well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, a bathtub (which made me very happy ;) ), and above all a very tasteful maritime decor. Despite its close proximity to the city center and the pier, it is very quiet. Since we brought our bicycles, the bike storage room was quite practical. Just a brief note about Zingst: it is the ultimate holiday paradise with many shops, restaurants, and a wide range of bike paths to explore with bicycles.

Holiday apartment "Sandy Beach" a vacation apartment as desired!
Our stay in the holiday apartment "Sandstrand" was very enjoyable. In the sun, at the beach, and with the many activities that Zingst offered us, we were able to relax wonderfully. We are definitely planning to return to this beautiful atmosphere. See you soon! Kristine and Klaus Joachim.
