In a quiet holiday settlement, this cozy wooden house with an area of 60m2 features 4 beds with a terrace. The house accommodates four people. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with an induction stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, and a living room area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the attic, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a door to the balcony. In front of the house is a spacious terrace. The houses each stand on a plot of about 250 m².
The seaside resort Dąbki (pronounced Dombki) is a typical Polish holiday destination on the Baltic Sea. Dąbki was a popular spa resort for mother-child health retreats in socialist Poland due to its healthy climate. Even today, Dąbki is especially popular with families. The holiday home settlement is located at the eastern end of the village. The nearest supermarket is a ten-minute walk away. Fresh rolls are available in the morning at a bakery kiosk halfway there. In Dąbki, there are numerous restaurants, snack bars, and shopping stalls, several spa facilities with pools and saunas, a very good pastry shop, a pharmacy, and a Catholic church. As a fishing village, Dąbki has a small fleet of cutters. One can buy the freshly caught fish directly from the fishermen in the morning. It's best to withdraw money at the checkout of Polo Supermarket, where you get the best exchange rate.
As a spa town, Dąbki has several affordable spa and wellness baths with spa treatments, sauna, and swimming pool. On the large inland lake, one can surf, sail, and paddle, as well as learn these sports at a water sports school. For families with small children, the inland lake, thanks to its sheltered location, is an alternative to the sea. The fine bright Baltic beach is, of course, much more amazing for the little ones to dig in, and the adults enjoy swimming and sunbathing. The surrounding Pomeranian landscape is also beautiful, with kilometers-long beaches and adjacent coastal lakes, pine-forested spits of land, and glacial ridges, among which lie small farming villages. Secluded paths, bike trails, and routes through forests and fields invite you to take extended hikes and bike rides.
Seven kilometers away from our holiday home settlement is the town of Darłowo, better known by its former German name Rügenwalde. In the center of the old Pomeranian Hanseatic city lies the remarkable market square. From there, the shopping street, lined with old houses and closed to cars, leads to the small river Wieprza. On the way, one passes the original site of the Rügenwalde Mühle, a famous sausage factory. From the Wipper Bridge, one can see the medieval residential castle of the Pomeranian dukes. There, in 1382, Eric of Pomerania was born. The future King of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, and subsequent pirate, spent the first and last seven years of his eventful life in Rügenwalde. His grave can still be visited today in the mighty St. Mary's Church, and the castle is now a museum worth seeing. Also worth visiting is the fishing port in the Darłowko district with the old lighthouse, the swing bridge, and the harbor and beach promenade. Darłowko used to be called Rügenwaldermünde and was Prussia's first seaside resort. The most beautiful way to reach the harbor is by boat ride on the Wieprza river. In the closer vicinity of Dąbki lie the cities of Koszalin (Köslin), Słupsk (Stolp), Ustka (Stolpmünde) and further away, Kołobrzeg (Kolberg), Gdansk (Danzig), the white wandering dunes of Łeba (Leba), and the Słowiński National Park with its diverse natural landscapes and extensive hiking trails.

The holiday home did not correspond to the description and the photos.
Example: Gas stove instead of ceramic hob.
Remote control of the TV was defective, no replacement until departure. Kitchen impractical.
For a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, the house is way too small (not even 60sqm).
The path to the beach was also more than 300m.
Minor communication difficulties, although "German" was stated in the ad.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, es hilft uns, unseren Service für Sie zu verbessern.
Allerdings verstehe ich nicht, die Bemerkungen über die nicht-funktionale Küche, zumal wir immer geben Sie ein Feedback-Formular und es wurde nicht ausgefüllt. Im Ferienhaus ist die Küche mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, etc. ausgestattet, ausgestattet, unserer Meinung nach, erfüllt alle Wünsche für einen Sommeraufenthalt. Aber wir sind bereit, etwas zu verbessern, entsprechend den konstruktiven Vorschlägen unserer Kunden.
Die deutsche Sprache wird gesprochen, soweit es möglich ist, sich zu verständigen, in der Anzeige war es nicht möglich, das Niveau der Beherrschung anzugeben. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und Polnisch, Deutsch auf kommunikativem Niveau und ich gebe mir sehr viel Mühe. :))
Der Bungalow ist 60 qm groß und bisher wurden diesbezüglich noch keine Kommentare abgegeben /14 Jahre/,... aber die Frage des Platzes ist ein sehr individuelles Gefühl.
Es tut mir leid zu lesen, dass Sie sich unwohl gefühlt haben.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es sicherlich keine Häuser mit so viel Platz innen und außen.
Ich bin nach wie vor bemüht, optimale Bedingungen zu schaffen, damit Sie einen guten Urlaub in einer guten Atmosphäre verbringen können!

Accommodation very good on a closed property. Only the price for the region seemed ultimately too high. Beach only 500m away.
