The house is about 1200 metres from the sea and 500 metres from the old town. Calpe is located between Valencia and Alicante. The landmark of Calpe is the 322 m high Penon de Ifach. The rock is connected to the mainland by a narrow strip of land and is a protected nature reserve. Calpe has two large sandy beaches

EINFACH GUT
18 Wochen haben wir uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr WOHL gefühl.
Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist so gut, das die Altstadt in 20 und der Hauptstrand in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Haus würden wir auch unseren BESTEN Freunden empfehlen.

Wir, Ehepaar 54 Jahre alt, waren sehr zufrieden
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zudem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Verwalterin auch sehr freundlich und zur Stelle. Gute Matratzen, daher schmerzfreies Erwachen. Und alle Geräte sauber und funktionstüchtig. Wunderschöner Pool und gemütliche Liegen zum relaxen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
