Description
Terrace with garden furniture facing south for breakfast and barbecue, as well as own small lawn for playing and a beach chair for sunbathing.
On the ground floor is the living room with comfortable wicker armchairs and a sofa bed (135x190). A small kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave opens off the living room. In the basement there is the bathroom with shower/WC and on the upper floor a separate guest WC, as well as the bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and a smaller bedroom with a single bed that can be extended to a double bed (160 x 200).
The rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style according to the character of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on an idyllic, quiet plot, off the Alte Strandstraße in the centre of Zinnowitz. Due to the central location in the centre of the village, all highlights, service facilities, shopping facilities of the seaside resort and the Usedomer Bäderbahn are within easy walking distance. The Baltic Sea beach to the north and the Achterwasser to the south are both approx. 1000 m away. Zinnowitz offers year-round holiday fun with its theatre, amber spa, art house and appealing restaurants. There is plenty of space on the endless white sandy beach, even in high season, and the hinterland of the Gnitz peninsula invites you to take extensive bicycle tours along the Achterwasser. A bakery, bicycle rental, coin-operated laundry and supermarkets are all nearby.
In the high season, most grocery stores are also open on Sundays.
