Description

Luxury holiday home directly on the Schlei and Baltic Sea with water views - the perfect place to take a well-deserved break from everyday life as a couple or with the family!

The Schleilounge is suitable for 4 people and presents itself with very high-quality furnishings on 140 m². The many large glass fronts give the house a particularly spacious and open feel. The underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the house and the crackling fireplace in the living room invites you to spend quiet, cosy evenings on the leather couch. From the living room you have direct access to the large veranda surrounding the holiday home. Enjoy the sunny hours in the driftwood armchairs with a direct water view of the Schlei and Baltic Sea... Should the weather not be so good, relaxing hours in the whirlpool tub and the sauna are provided

The spacious living room of the holiday home offers comfortable leather furniture, a wood-burning stove and dining area, a luxurious eat-in kitchen with cooking island and kitchen counter, as well as various technical refinements, such as the American ice cube maker and the option of raising and lowering the flat-screen TV with 3D screen.

The technical equipment also includes free WLAN, a surround music system by BOSE, Blu-Ray and DVD player, a safe, a washing machine and a dryer. The lights throughout the house can be controlled via remote control and the skylights are equipped with electric shutters

Our holiday guests can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the comfortable double bed in the large glass gallery with water view. Another overnight option is the designer sofa bed for two in the study on the ground floor

Supplies can be stored in the utility room. A carport and another parking space are available in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed.

For all hobby golfers and those who have always wanted to play golf, there is a special holiday highlight in the holiday home: With our "easyGolf card", you can use the great golf course of the Golfclub am Stenerberg (Rabenkirchen-Faulück) free of charge all year round and put your skills to the test!

Please note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - This new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.

Location and surroundings of object

The Schleilounge is located in Port Olpenitz (part of Kappeln) directly on the Schlei - with a fantastic water view.

The area around the holiday home is ideal for a bicycle tour past the golden rape fields or extensive walks through the eastern hill country along many beautiful beaches, from Weidefeld towards Schönhagen's steep coast or on the Angelner side in Maasholm towards Schleimünde, in Oehe-Draecht, Hasselberg or along the steep coast in Pottloch towards Falshöft.
The Schleilounge is located in Port Olpenitz, a district of the town of Kappeln - directly on the Schlei and the transition to the Baltic Sea. This is where the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz is being built

The town centre of Kappeln is only a few kilometres away. The town of Kappeln became famous as the place "Deekelsen" in the TV series "The Country Doctor". Some traces of the filming can still be found here - in the Aurora restaurant, where the regulars' table of the Deekelsen residents was held

In Kappeln you will find various nice maritime restaurants, as well as numerous boutiques and shops that invite you to stroll, linger and eat fish rolls - for example in the traditional smokehouse of the Föh family.

In Paradise

The whole house shows in every corner that a lot of thought has been put into it. It impresses with countless little details and excellent furnishings. The best part is the LOCATION. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. We were able to observe sea eagles, cranes, and countless other water birds - right from the sofa. Simply fantastic. In autumn, one feels almost "alone" in the garden and can let the soul dangle there. And what is more beautiful in the morning than opening your eyes and immediately seeing the water in front of you? Very dedicated and friendly administration and a very nice landlord. We three (one of them furry) felt very very very comfortable. Always happy to come back.

Fantastic, idiosyncratic, extremely well-equipped holiday home! A cozy house with a lot of privacy, unlike many others here. With a garden in front and behind the house, directly on the Schlei and the nature reserve. But then it is so much more. The back facing the water is completely glazed over 2 floors. Attention to detail determines the wonderful atmosphere here, inviting you to stay as soon as you enter. Beautiful perspectives of the water on both sides, waking up in the bedroom open to both floors is great with water views, fantastic amenities, high-quality kitchen, huge pantry, terraces and many places, corners, utility room with washer and dryer, open layout but can also be closed off into separate areas, large main bathroom with spacious sauna, waterfall shower, multi-jet shower, whirlpool bathtub, ample storage space, lighting scenarios that change atmospheres according to mood and desire with waterproof controls, beach chair, outdoor grill, garden furniture, large screens, surround sound system, books throughout the house... a beautiful study as well... so many details have been thought of here that I have rarely experienced. The communication is perfect, both with the very nice management, especially their welcome and guidance, and with the owner, who also provides good tips about the area and is interested in his tenants. And immediately you feel at home in the perfect house. This is the perfect location to really relax. We will be back! Could not be described in shorter words!
